Vacation Rental Description
Less then five minutes from Newberry Creek Marina, this large, and comfy home has 2350' of pure comfort for you and your group. There's plenty of room with four large bedrooms and three full baths. A huge Living Room with wood burning fireplace and plenty of wood. The large kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of pots & pans, dishes, linens, and everything you need to cook a complete family meal. Enjoy Satellite TV in the Living Room, Master Bedroom, and two other bedrooms, for a total of four TV's.
There's a large covered deck in back with a propane grill, and another large deck in front.
Fully equipped with a Washer/ Dryer, Dishwasher,
Waffle Iron, Ironing Board/Iron, Blow Dryer, a large Slot Machine for fun only, and also a Texas Holdem game.
Just in case of bad weather during your stay, there's a cellar out back.
Area Description
Enjoy some great fishing, boating, and swimming in nearby Lake Texoma, or schedule a fishing trip with one of the local Guides. Locatd only minutes away from Durant, enjoy shopping in the many Antique & Craft shops downtown or dine in one of the great Restaurants. If you enjoy an evening at the casino, there's two located in the area.
