Description of the Kirkland vacation villa rental

Located in Bothell,WA, this Villa provides the luxury and comfort of your own home. Overlooking the cascade mountains and a rustic territorial view. Offers 6,000 square feet of beautiful custom craftsmanship. The main floor consist of the grand room in which the family members can gather and socialize. The Villa features a large kitchen with dining area, sauna, 7 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. There is one bedroom on the first floor which consists can be used as a seating area during the day, and sleeping area during the night; and another bedroom on the third floor consists of theater-style leather living set which can be comfortably converted into a queen size bed; several twin size folding beds are also provided for extra guests. The rest of the bedrooms are on the second floor.

Area Information

Built in 2004, The Chateau Valentina enjoys panoramic views of a pasture to the north, and theCascade Mountainsto the West. There are nearby restaurants, shops and stores and other attractions.
Bothell is located near Seattle; Adjacent towns include Kenmore, Lake City, Lake Forest Park, Bellevue, Everett, Redmond, Monroe, Duvall, Kirkland, Edmonds, Woodinville, Marysville, Mukilteo, and Shoreline. Easy freeway and bus access. Only 25 miles from the Sea-Tac Airport.

The best week ever!!

What a great time! We stayed as a family, Our five grown children and all of our grand children! We had a great time and the owners were most gracious!! They bent over backwards to help us in every way!! Loved the house and the area!!! Thank you for everything!!! We would love to stay again sometime :-)

This was as advertised. Our stay at this villa was very comfortable and enjoyable. We had everything we needed. Lots of room for everyone to relax and move around. I would like stay at this place again in the future, and would highly recommend it.
