We are the proud owners of a 3 bedroom / 2 bath vacation home with private pool overlooking a natural preserve! Our home is located just 5 minutes to Disneyworld and centrally located to all Florida has to offer, yet secluded in a quiet and safe neighborhood called Indian Ridge Oaks. Our home is fully equiped and furnished for your convenience. We maintain our home to our very high standards, and we live nearby to be of any assistance. We have no gimmicks. Just a great stay at a great price.(Minimum stay of 3 days.)

- Required Stay: 3 day Minimum
- Lodging Tax: 13%
- Deposits: We require a $250 booking deposit to hold your dates, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If arrival is within 30 days the full amount is due with booking.
We also require a separate $250 refundable damage deposit, which is held until your departure clean, and returned if satisfactory.
- Other Fees: Pool heating is available from Oct. to March for $25 per day.
There is a $65 Cleaning fee.
