Vacation Rental Policies
- Payment Options: Cashier's Check, Personal Check, Money Order
- Check In: 4 p.m.
- Check Out: 10 a.m.
- Required Stay: Minimum 3 days
- Lodging Tax: 13%
- Deposits: We require a $250 US$ booking deposit to hold your dates with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If booking within the 30 days the full balance must be paid.
We also require a $250 refundable damage deposit, which is held until departure inspection.
- Other Fees: There is a $70 Cleaning fee and an optional pool heating charge..
If requested, there is a $25 per day charge to heat the pool. (This is usually only necessary during Oct. to March)
