Description of the Kissimmee vacation condo rental

Disney Condo Rental with discounted pricing. Compare our rates to a hotel in the Orlando Florida area near Disney. Our fully furnished, 3 Bedroom, 2 bath condo rental is located just 3 miles from Walt Disney World inside the 5-star, gated vacation community of Windsor Palms Resort in Orlando Florida. Fully equipped kitchen keeps the cost of your vacation to a minimum by allowing you to prepare meals. All resort amenities are included with the condo rental.

Our condo is on the ground floor and has easy access from the parking area, making it easy to bring in all of your luggage and groceries. (There are no elevators to the upper floors.) This is an oversized corner unit with over 1400 square feet of living space with extra windows and plenty of sunlight. Spacious three bedrooms, the master suite offers a king bed, private full bath, TV and VCR, extra large closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and plenty of closet space. The third bedroom offers two twin beds with a TV and a large closet. There is a second full bath in the hallway. The living room has a sofa, a love seat, TV and DVD Player, and sliding glass doors to the screened patio area. The dining room has plenty of seating for your entire family. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dish washer, garbage disposal, and has pots and pans, utensils, glasses, and more. There is also a washer and dryer inside the condo for your use. Our condo sleeps up to 8 adults and children. No pets allowed.

All guests have access to the clubhouse and all of the
amenities that Windsor Palms resort has to offer. This includes the clubhouse, Olympic sized, heated swimming pool, heated children's swimming pool, hot tub, games room, movie theater, playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, and much more. Top security for you and your guests, gated community, limited access, security guard on staff around the clock.

Area Information

Three miles from the gates of Walt Disney World, close to Seaworld, Universal Studios, Blixxard Beach, Downtown Disney, Old Town, and all area attractions and parks, golf courses, fishing. Off of Formosa Gardens Bld. and 192.

Our condo is located inside Windsor Palms, a 5-star, gated vacation resort.

Allowed us to have less stress .

Loved the condo. The rooms were large and decorated very nicely. There was a small porch to have a morning coffee or to allow fresh air to come into the condo. Each room was supplied with the necessary items needed. We enjoyed our stay and would return to the condos in the future. Very friendly and peaceful setting. Felt very safe. We travel a lot with our family and this meet our needs.

we had agreat time at condo and disney, very close, only several minutes to disney parks. the ondo was immaculate and the kids loved the lion king, adn nemo themed rooms. they like them so much bedtime was not a problem. the pool and movie room were also great for our downtime. would recommend to anyone looking to stay close to disney. well worth the small price to pay. A+

Best Vacation Home, EVER!

After much searching and calling, we have found the perfect Disney condo. My whole family loved, loved, loved this condo! My husband loved the space, with 3bed/2ba, my kids loved the 'Toy Story' themed room, and I loved EVERYTHING! The whole resort is wonderful, with a huge pool, and many amenities. The kitchen in the condo was fully equipped, and saved us a lot of money, because we cooked at home. I can not sing the praises of Go Disney Vacation enough. Anthony, the owner, answered all of my questions and emails. He and his company made this vacation absolutely wonderful. I am so happy and blessed to have found Go Disney Vacation. We are definitely planning to come back, and so are our family and friends. I thank Anthony, because he played a big part in our vacation being a success. Thanks so much, Anthony! Looking forward to a long and happy "vacational" relationship!!!

Our wonderful vacation

I booked this condo after much shopping around.I was looking for a nice place to stay with my children and grandchild and after numerous emails with the owner decided to book here.It was a wonderful condo.It had everything we needed and was like a home away from home.I was amazed at the amount of space that we had.It is very beautiful and the location is great.My grandson loved his room with nemo and of course the lion king too.The condo was very very clean.My oldest daughter never leaves home without cleaning supplies so she can clean where we stay but the condo was so clean that she didn,t need them.I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay in a great location with a wonderful owner.When I plan my vacation next year I will be looking into renting this condo again.The resort also offered much to do .This has been by far the best place that I have stayed in and I have traveled from California to New York.For a great place to stay book this condo

This condo is one the first floor, easy access to load and unload, close to Disney, Sea World and Universal. Down the street from many restrants. Comfortable beds and comfortable accomidations. Will rent again.

A very enjoyable vacation

We stayed at the property for two weeks. The last week in February and the first week of March. We had a great vacation. The villa was located very close to the attractions that we wanted to see. It was very neat and clean with a very nice view of the lake out of the patio doors. You could also see the fireworks from the patio. Our daughter and friend joined us, and although we shared the place, we had enough privacy due to the fact that the other bedroom was upstairs. They could open the door to the porch up there and sit outside and enjoy the beautiful evenings. Gloria, the owner, was very easy to work with, which made the whole process go very smoothly. This place is a pleasure to stay at. Everyting from the front gate to the bathroom. You can have fun without leaving the complex. I would get up in the morning and go work out in the gym. From there, I'll grab a Starbucks coffee from the club house and sit in the shade reading the paper by the pool. Then I go back to the apartment cook breakfast and be back at the pool tanning by noon. After the amusements parks in the late afternoons, I would shoot a couple of hoops at the basketball court or challenge my son to a tennis match at night. Yes , they are well lit. I would definately stay again and recommend others.
