Laguna Bay Villas Condo - 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Living/Dining Area. This first-floor unit is close to pool area. King size master; full size 2nd bedroom; 2 twins in 3rd bedroom; pullout sleeper sofa.

Kissimmee Rental Amenities:
All linens and towels provided. Full size washer & dryer inside unit for your convenience. Fully equipped kitchen. Free local phone calls. Cable TV, DVD and VCR included. Sorry, no pets allowed. This is a non-smoking unit. Wireless internet provided free of charge by clubhouse if you bring your own wireless laptop; if you use the clubhouse computer, charges are $6 for 25 minutes of usage; or $8 for 50 minutes of usage.

I have stayed in the Laguna Bay Villas several times in the past, however, this unit is one of the best ones we have stayed in. It truly is home away from home. I have 4 kids and it is a great place for both the little ones and the slightly older girls. The unit is spacious, bright and clean. The 3 bedrooms were great and having 2 bathrooms made it convenient for everyone. This is certainly a better place to stay than your typical hotel, as the kitchen made it easy to look after the little ones for breakfast and lunches on the days you planned as pool days instead of shopping or theme parks. The pool was perfect sized and never busy and the playground kept everyone happy! Both Walmart(open 24 hrs) and Target are 5 mins away which made it convenient for grocery and sundry shopping. It was added touch to have a large selection of board games to wind down those family nights. We only stayed 1 week, the next time we plan to stay longer! Cheers, Bryan

Our stay at the Laguna Bay Villas was wonderful. the condo was spacious, bright, full of everything you could need. The pool was fabulous. My girls never wanted to leave the pool, and the club house had everything you could want as well. Very close to everything, and easy to get to.

My family was very pleased with this one floor condo. It was more than I expected. Very clean and roomy. Location was excellent very close to all major attractions, Old Town, Shopping, Dining, Minature Golf, Go Karts close by too. I would Highly recommend staying in this condo. You felt at home, beats any hotel. I would most definetly rent this condo again in the future. La Tosha was very polite, nice, and responded to all questions or concerns in a timely manner. She made renting this condo easy, and smoothly with no problems. My family was very happy and satisfied with all aspects of this condo.

I was very pleased with my stay. There were seven of us staying in the condo. We had plenty of space. LaTosha was very helpful and friendly. She responded very quickly to all my emails and questions. The place was great. It was located close to the highway, disney and shopping. It was very easy to find. The place was just as described. The furniture was comfortable, it was very clean. Plenty of closet space.Having a first floor unit was great. There was a store on the property for snacks and drinks.I would definitly stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this vacation condo for a week, recently, and couldn't have been more satisfied with the accommodations. This home away from home was close to the Theme Parks, Downtown Disney and shopping. On site were a large pool, a hot tub, a sauna, children's play area and work out room. You couldn't ask for more. Inside, the furnishings were very comfortable and accommodating. Being handicapped, I needed a first floor unit for mobility, and that's what this is. Everything you could think of was provided including, linens, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, etc. There is Cable TV and a DVD player among the many amenities included. The master bedroom has its own bath with a hair dryer in it and it has a handicap accessible shower. There is plenty of room for any additional supplies that might be needed for physically challenged individuals. There is another bathroom with a bath tub and shower and two additional bedrooms to accommodate additional family. We had a wonderful time and were so pleased with the accommodations that we plan to go back for two weeks this summer with three of our grandchildren. I highly recommend this condo as a vacation rental. If you stay there you won't be disappointed!
