Laguna Bay Villas Condo - 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Living/Dining Area. This first-floor unit is close to pool area. King size master; queen size 2nd bedroom; 2 twins in 3rd bedroom.

Great place for a great price

Condo was in a great location - right off rte 192 - convenient to I-4/Disney/Old Town/Gatorland/Kissimmee/etc. Could not beat price for what we got - 3 BR/2 Bath. Kids loved the pool. If there were any drawbacks - the dishwasher wasn't emptied (so what); and the upstairs tenants were noisy (to some extent). In the future we might utilize an upstairs condo, but we will definitely keep Laguna Bay in mind (or any of the sister complexes available in the area) for our vacation needs. Thanks.

Perfect

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The condo was clean, spacious and had all the amenities mentioned in the ad. It was close to all stores and Disney which was our main concern. The pool area and playground were well maintained and my grandchildren enjoyed both very much. On our second last night there someone moved in upstairs, they had children that were jumping and running for 2 hours, they sounded like a herd of elephants. We had to turn the TV up to hear it. This was not the fault of the owners or the management. On our last night the children were not there, just the adults and it was very quiet. I will highly recommend this facility to my friends and if we return to Kissimmee we will definitely stay there again.

Great Condo Great Area

The Condo was very close to all the parks,and nearby attractions like Old Town. The gift shops and grocery stores were just minutes away. It was great. The condo was very clean, and this was our 2nd time staying there. I would tell anyone who visits to rent this condo. The owners are wonderful to work with and made renting this condo easy. This unit was very nice, spacious and clean. It was very close to DisneyWorld and Universal Studios. It was necessary to have a rental car as there was no public transportation. There was nearby shopping and restaurants. We were told that laundry detergent was not supplied so we brought our own but we did have to purchase dishwashing detergent as there was none in the unit. The beds were very comfortable. I personally did not use the pool or fitness center. I had a very enjoyable vacation and felt this cond was a perfect fit, much better than a hotel. I would recommend this property.

Wow we really loved your condo. It was home away from home. I loved being able to do laundry so I didn't have much when we returned home. We all had a bedroom to go to after a long day so we were able to break free from each other. The condo is real big inside, much better than a hotel room! Loved the fact that it was only 3-4 miles to all Disney parks. There was two Walmart's close by and all the places to eat. The kids also loved the pool and club house. Over all this was a wonderful place to stay. I can't wait for our next trip. We will be staying here again! Thanks!

We had a great time! The weather was ok. It rained several days and was alittle cooler then expected for Fla. but that didn't ruin our time. The condo was nice. We ate breakfast there to save time and money so we could get an early start everyday.

Home Away From Home!!!

I have stayed in the Laguna Bay Villas several times in the past, however, this unit is one of the best ones we have stayed in. It truly is home away from home. I have 4 kids and it is a great place for both the little ones and the slightly older girls. The unit is spacious, bright and clean. The 3 bedrooms were great and having 2 bathrooms made it convenient for everyone. This is certainly a better place to stay than your typical hotel, as the kitchen made it easy to look after the little ones for breakfast and lunches on the days you planned as pool days instead of shopping or theme parks. The pool was perfect sized and never busy and the playground kept everyone happy! Both Walmart(open 24 hrs) and Target are 5 mins away which made it convenient for grocery and sundry shopping. It was added touch to have a large selection of board games to wind down those family nights. We only stayed 1 week, the next time we plan to stay longer! Cheers, Bryan

Our stay at the Laguna Bay Villas was wonderful. the condo was spacious, bright, full of everything you could need. The pool was fabulous. My girls never wanted to leave the pool, and the club house had everything you could want as well. Very close to everything, and easy to get to.

I was very pleased with my stay. There were seven of us staying in the condo. We had plenty of space. LaTosha was very helpful and friendly. She responded very quickly to all my emails and questions. The place was great. It was located close to the highway, disney and shopping. It was very easy to find. The place was just as described. The furniture was comfortable, it was very clean. Plenty of closet space.Having a first floor unit was great. There was a store on the property for snacks and drinks.I would definitly stay here again.

A Home Away From Home

My husband and I stayed at this vacation condo for a week, recently, and couldn't have been more satisfied with the accommodations. This home away from home was close to the Theme Parks, Downtown Disney and shopping. On site were a large pool, a hot tub, a sauna, children's play area and work out room. You couldn't ask for more. Inside, the furnishings were very comfortable and accommodating. Being handicapped, I needed a first floor unit for mobility, and that's what this is. Everything you could think of was provided including, linens, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, etc. There is Cable TV and a DVD player among the many amenities included. The master bedroom has its own bath with a hair dryer in it and it has a handicap accessible shower. There is plenty of room for any additional supplies that might be needed for physically challenged individuals. There is another bathroom with a bath tub and shower and two additional bedrooms to accommodate additional family. We had a wonderful time and were so pleased with the accommodations that we plan to go back for two weeks this summer with three of our grandchildren. I highly recommend this condo as a vacation rental. If you stay there you won't be disappointed!
