A very well maintained 3 bedroom 2 bath upstairs condo. 7 miles from Disney Main Gate. Located on 192. Close to everything shopping dining Disney universal and Sea World.

Plenty of resturants and shopping. Supermarkets right around the corner. Plenty of things to keep the kids going when not at the Magic Kingdom.

IT'S NOW DEC.6TH AND WE LEFT ON NOV 9TH. WE'VE CALLED AND DENISE HASN'T RETURNED ANY OF OUR PHONE CALLS! WE LEFT A TIP. WASHED THE LINEN, TOOK OUT THE TRASH, ETC.

Overall the rental was good. However a renter should not have to make calls when they first arrive at their rental location about maintenance problems. I think the renters knew far enough in advance that I was coming since I made a payment a month in advance. Noticed the following descrepencies as soon as I got to the rental: Main bathroom toilet didnt flush due to a broken chain, door underneath bathroom sink was off the hinges, bedroom with twin beds window did not secure and had fell out of the window sill because there were no locking devices, and finally the towels that were provided were still in the dryer as if the last renter had washed and dryed and left them in the dryer. Also during our stay we received many phone calls asking for the same individuals. Im unsure who these people were but it was very annoying having to answer the phone. I belive if these things were taken care of this would have made myself and my families first impression of the rental alot better.

very nice unit and great owners. reasonable, close to everything, quiet neighborhood. we stayed here for spring break with the kids and had a fantastic time, we will look forward to the next time we can use this unit.

We stayed at this condo during spring break, 2007 and I wholeheartedly recommend it. It was clean, close to everything, and the owners were very responsive to our needs. It comes with a crib, linens and everything one needs.
