Description of the Kissimmee vacation condo rental
Built in 2004 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium. The master bedroom has a king-size bed,TV and private full bathroom. The #2 bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The #3 bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all eating and cooking utensils including all of the small appliances such as a blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave etc, dishwasher, also has small round table with 2 chairs. Lounge has TV/VCR three seater sofa bed and 2 seater sofa,it has beautiful lamp, pictures and other decor. Dinning area with glass iron base table and six heavy iron base chairs. Dryer and washer in closet in kitchen area. Need some fresh air? Step outside into the screened-in patio with table and chairs. Just a few steps and your standing at the entrance to the tennis court and gorgeous heated pool and hot tub. For you golfers, we are in the heart of it all.
Last year we got whole condo painted. This year we got new washer, Dryer and king bed mattress. Next years project is new flooring.
Area Information
Lindfields is ideally situated in Kissimme with local attractions such as Disney World, Universal, Sea World and Wet & Wild a very shorty drive away. Busch Gardens, Daytona Beach and Kennedy Space Centre at Cape Canaveral are also within an easy accessible driving range.
Golf courses, shopping and a huge selection of restaurants are also within easy reach, ensuring you can have the action packed or relaxing vacation you desire.
Disney World offers an array of parks for you to choose from and is a five minute drive from Lindfields. The Disney complex consists of Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Downtown Disney.
There are also an array of water parks for you to spend those long hot days, with Disney hosting Typhoon Lagoon and Blizzard Beach. International Drive also offers Wet & Wild and Orlandos newest water park, Aquatica.
Downtown Orlando offers nightclubs and bars, with Church Street offering the best of the action. With year-round Florida warmth making our golf season 365 days of swinging fun,

We replaced old washer & dryer with new one. We new tiled floors in condo.
Upgrades at Grand Palms
Good morning to all Homeowners at Grand Palms IV,
Over the last few months we have been busy with some upgrades to our community that we would like to share with you.
We have replaced our furniture in the pool area with brand new commercial grade sun loungers and added 10 small tables. Repainted the surface and the tennis and replaced the gate. Installed 4 new grills to the Cook-out area.
We have installed a new elliptical machine in the gym.

Wonderful Home

The place is exactly as it in pictures. It was very spacious, clean and we all had a room to ourselves. We were six of us and had a very comfortable stay. Lily and Hong were up to date and with any query we had they responded back quickly. We would like to thank them for this. We were very pleased and would like to recommend this property. It is very close to Magic Kingdom, Disney parks, shopping complex, restaurants. It was a home away from home. We had a great stay.

My family of 5 recently rented this condo for our spring break trip. We loved it! The condo was clean. The floor plan was wonderful. We can tell the owners take great care in providing a nice place for their guests. We hope to use the facility again in the future!

Condo was very clean, very comfortable, and conveniently located. Would have given a 5-star rating except for the shower head in the master bath, which should be replaced. The spray stung our skin and couldn't be adjusted.

I would strongly recommend this condo rental. The location was perfect if you were attending places like Disney World parks, Sea World, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, etc. The condo was clean and had everything that you needed. I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We were very pleased with the condo. The size was perfect for our family of 4, giving each of our older teen, twenty, girls their own space and a bathroom to share. This saved our sanity ( my husband and I had a bath in our bedroom to ourselves) and made for stress free mornings getting ready for Disney days. We did have one day of very bad weather and again, the condo was very comfortable and pleasant to spend time in. Great location and easy to get to the Disney parks. We were very happy with our choice and would definitely choose this condo again over any motel room. Communication with the owners was smooth and easy. The pool area was nice and clean also. We had a wonderful time at this condo - it made our trip to Florida a pleasure, and guaranteed that we will NEVER look for a hotel when going on vacation again - this really made all the difference. Just wanted to let you know that our stay was a very comfortable and pleasant one. The condo was very spacious and close to all the spots we attended. I'm hoping we will be able to stay again for any future trips.
Our weekend was definitely easier and more comfortable than if we had to deal with a hotel.
As advertized the condo is in a great location for any trips to the many Disney attractions. As for the condo it was just what we needed, clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed in it. The washer and dryer was a fantastic plus. Finally, my kids and I loved the pool and hot tub, we spent at least a little time there every day. We already have plans to return.
We stayed at your condo the week of July 12th and thoroughly enjoyed it!! We ended up taking a day out of our vacation just to stay at the condo & enjoy the pool and the comfort of the condo to catch up on some rest!!! Having the balcony screened in was very nice with small children so when they wanted to go outside on the balcony, we didn't have to worry! We enjoyed being able to prepare food as that was a huge cost saver for us!! We will definitely book with you again when we return to Florida! We have told all of our friends & family about your condo!!! Thank you for the wonderful place to stay on our vacation
