Our home is perfectly located just a 1-minute walk from the stunning double Olympic size lagoon pool with water slide, spa and dancing fountains, clubhouse with games room, video arcade, movie theater, state of the art exercise room and sundry shop. Further into the resort you will find a castle themed playground and picnic area. Basketball, volleyball, putting green and tennis courts are offered at the brand new recreation area just around the corner from our condo.

Everything is provided-linens, towels, fully equipped kitchen, baby equipment, hair dryers, clock radios, ironing board and iron, even board games, books and puzzles for all ages! Take the cooler on a picnic. Start a meal in morning before you head off to the parks in the 6 qt crock pot and come home to a delicious dinner. Bring your laptop, we provide free wireless internet. For your convenience we even provide an HP printer/scanner/copier for printing out your coupons, directions and boarding passes.

• Deposits: 50% of the total is required to reserve. The balance is due 30 days before your arrival in Florida. Reservations made within 8 weeks of arrival require full payment at booking. A Paypal invoice will be sent for payment with credit cards on request. You do not need a Paypal account. Checks and money orders may be sent to the address on the booking form.
   
• Other Fees: A one time $85 cleaning fee applies to stays less than 7 nights. A $500 security deposit is held against your Visa or Masterdard BUT IS NOT CHARGED UNLESS THERE IS DAMAGE OR LOSS DISCOVERED ON INSPECTION AFTER YOU DEPART. No charge is made before your stay. If you do not want to provide a credit card number you may send a $500 check 30 days in advance of your stay that will be FULLY REFUNDED within 2 weeks of your departure assuming no damage or loss.
