Description of the Kissimmee vacation condo rental

Thank you for your enquiry on our home.

Our 3 Bedroom home stands a little above the rest, we have recently completely renovated the entire condo we also have Free Wireless and Free long distance

The price for a 7 night stay for your dates would be $599.00 please note this price includes everything it includes all of your taxes, security deposit and cleaning fees there are no hidden costs.

The Condo is a 3 Bedroom almost 1500 sq foot with a King Master Suite, a Queen Master Suite and a Kids room with 2 twin Beds we also have the option of bringing in extra cots and cribs if necessary. We have upgraded all of our beddings with posterpedic mattresses and all linens are upgraded, you will have a great nights sleep.

We have a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and all of your plates ,glassware, cooking utensils ,we also have a washer and dryer which really comes in handy.

We have televisions in every room and in the Family room we have a 42 inch Plasma Television with high definition satellite stations , we also offer Free Wireless inside the condo.

We have invested allot to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible and provide you with everything you will need to ensure your vacation is memorable.

The resort we are in is in a gated community only 4 minutes from Disneyworld we are so close to Disney that you can see the Disney fireworks from our condo. The resort is one of the best in the Disney area, we offer you an Olympic sized heated pool, Hot Tubs, Basketball, Volleyball,and Tennis courts we have a Games room and Arcade as well a Fitness Room as an added bonus we have a 52 Seat Movie Theatre that plays movies all day long and is Free.



I can also supply you testimonials from previous guests who have stayed in our home and loved it most past guests re book year after year which we feel is the best testimonial.

My family of 5 visited for 3 days last year, and it was a great stay. There was plenty of room to spread out in for us and our 3 grown kids. The large community pool and tennis courts were accessible with no hassles. We went to Disney once and the drive was short. Plenty of grocery stores (the closest one has high prices - drive a little farther to avoid sticker shock on the food!) and other amenities nearby. Alan, the owner, was great. He was available (by phone) but not intrusive. Clean, large place, just as advertised.
