Description of the Kissimmee vacation condo rental

Newly built in April 2007 our condo is on the 2nd floor with elevator and stair access. It consists of three bedrooms, the master has a queen size bed,en-suite cable tv and dvd player. The second bedroom has a full size bed,cable tv and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom which contains twin beds. The open plan living/dining area has cable tv, internet access point, Playstation 2 and games. Leading from the dining area is a balcony that overlooks the resort lake. There is a well equipped kitchen with everything you require should you wish to cook and a separate utility area with washing machine and dryer. Community facilities include a heated pool and spa, sauna, gym,games room and tv/lounge area within the clubhouse.

Cane Island is just off Highway 192 between markers 10 and 11. It is within walking distance of restaurants, being only one mile from Kissimmee Old Town and less than two miles from the town of Celebration. Disney Maingate can be reached in six minutes and The Magic Kingdom in ten minutes. There are a variety of golf courses in the vacinity two of the closest being Falcons Fire and Celebration.

• Other Fees: For stays of less than seven nights a $65 cleaning fee will be added.
