Cancellation fees: BEFORE 90 DAYS--100% REFUND of the $200 RESERVATION DEPOSIT. BEFORE 30 DAYS--100% REFUND of COMPLETE RENTAL SUM (LESS THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT OF $200). **NO REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE. **Any cancellation must include written notice with signature.**Rate change for stays less than a week.

 Great location and a good value, July 9, 2009

We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay at this condo. It was in a great location with easy access to all the sights. The condo had everything we needed and we felt right at home. The pool and tennis courts were nice and not crowded at all. The on-site staff were very helpful as well. We made a great choice!
