Brand new, beautifully furnished three bedroom, two bath condo in lovely Club Cortile, is centrally located with plenty of amenities one could wish for! Near Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Orange County Convention Center. This well appointed, convenient, gated resort/style community was just built, so everything is new and clean!!! There are cable T.V.s in all the bedrooms and living room.
It also has central air with ceiling fans, phones, and wireless internet connection. Gorgeous clubhouse includes fitness center, Internet Cafe, and community theater. Cancellation fees: BEFORE 90 DAYS--100% REFUND of the $200 RESERVATION DEPOSIT. BEFORE 30 DAYS--100% REFUND of COMPLETE RENTAL SUM (LESS THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT OF $200). **NO REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE. **Any cancellation must include written notice with signature.**Rate change for stays less than a week.
