BEFORE 90 DAYS--100% REFUND of the $200 RESERVATION DEPOSIT.
BEFORE 30 DAYS--100% REFUND of COMPLETE RENTAL SUM (LESS THE RESERVATION DEPOSIT OF $200).
**NO REFUND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE.
**Any cancellation must include written notice with signature.**Rate change for stays less than a week.
