Description of the Kissimmee vacation condo rental

Our family-friendly 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo can sleep 8 people comfortably. It is in a very quiet location in Windsor Palms and is a short walk to the pool and clubhouse.

The unit is air conditioned and is fully equipped. There is a washer/dryer, highchair and portable crib. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, blender & microwave.

The master suite has a queen sized bed, tv and attached bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a double bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room.

The living room has a tv and DVD player and there is also a screened-in lanai.

Hair dryers and all linens and towels are provided.

Area Information

Windsor Palms is an exclusive gated resort located approximately 3 miles from Walt Disney World. Resort guests are free to use all their facilities including:

Tennis courts, Fitness Room, Whirlpool/Spa, Pool, Children's Play area, convenience store, Toddler Pool, Basketball Court & Cinema. There is also a shuttle available for a fee to Walt Disney World and other Orlando attractions.

Great location. Impressive condo and resort has a pool. From previous experience in other condos what would make it a 5 star would be to have basic necessities such sugar, coffee, butter, oil, dishwashing soap, hand soap, more toilet paper and upgrading the pots and pans to some stainless steel and new Teflon pots and pans that are not heavily scratched. I realize not everyone knows that it is not safe to cook in teflon pots and pans when the coating is starting to come off. It's not something we would like to cook food in especially for kids. So we resorted to buying a stainless steel pan and left it there for others to use. Sarah was wonderful in responding rather quickly to our many questions. That being said.....we would still stay there again in the future.

We were very surprised at the cleanliness of the condo and how close it was to Disney and the other parks. It was convenient to restaurants, shops, etc. The pool was large, very nice. If I had any questions prior to our stay, the owner replied immediately to my emails. We will be recommending this place to our friends and family. A great stay and very affordable.

Great property - good location

Had a wonderful stay at this property! Very clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was great. Very close for getting to the Disney Parks. The owners were extremely easy to work with which made arrival/departure a snap. The only improvement I would suggest is to have a TV in each bedroom - there was a TV in the living room and another in the master bedroom, but none in the other 2 bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped (although we didn't cook in much since there are so many great places to eat in the area!). I felt very safe in the gated community and it is very quiet. Had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to others!

A wonder home away from home

This was our second stay and we cannot wait to go back again. The condo is so comfortable and clean. Everything is at your fingertips! The area is beautiful and so easy to get to all the attractions in the area. The Resort amenities are wonderful. The pool is fabulous, the movie theater is fun. The clubhouse personnel are so friendly and helpful. We love this home away from home!

Our Florida vacation

October 25, 2009

We had a wonderful vacation staying at this property. Everything we needed was in the condo. we were close to Disney, Seaworld and Universal. We were familiar with the area and found getting to SR 429 was the quickest way to Disney property, less then 5 minutes we were there. The pool and clubhouse were walking distance and very well kept. Thanks for making our stay pleasant!
