Description of the Kissimmee vacation condo rental

WINDSOR HILLS 5 STAR RESORT is number 1 with Trip Advisor bloggers. DISNEY only 2 MILES. Our 3 bed 2 bath 1450 sq ft Home with 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Twin bedroom and Sofa Queen bed is furnished to a 5 Star standard.

Windsor Hills is closer to Disney than some of the Disney hotels. You can visit the parks, come back to Windsor Hills for a swim and get back to the parks for the evening shows.

Free secure WiFi in the condo along with free local calls.

Crib, Stroller, High Chair, Bed safety rail for toddler, HD TV, Kids DVD'S & Books.

SAVE MONEY as Kids will not want to leave the Windsor Hills Free Playground Paradise that has a double size Olympic pool with slide, Games room, Playground, Free 60 seat CINEMA (you pick the movies), Ping Pong, Basketball and Tennis courts, Putting green, Gym, Hot Tub, BBQ area, RV parking etc etc.

There is a sundry shop which also serves beer, hot dogs and fries. More wifi available at Clubhouse so you can check your Emails and keep an eye on the kids at the same time.

Only 400yds to SHOPS and RESTAURANTS, and only 2 Miles to DISNEY main gate (click on Map Link at bottom of page and then slightly enlarge Map). 15 mins to UNIVERSAL STUDIOS and SEA WORLD.

Our CONDO is furnished to a 5 STAR standard, enlarge the photos. We provide kids DVDs, Books for adults, all Linens, High chair and fully equipped Kitchen. There is a beautiful view of the lake and surrounding landscape gardens from all rooms in the condo even from the beds, very peaceful and tranquil.

A cleaning charge of $65 applies plus local taxes of 13%. We require a $150 deposit to secure booking, and $200 damages deposit refundable after management company has cleaned condo.

Area Information

Only 400yds to shops and restaurants, and only 2 miles to DISNEY main gate. Beside Wymdam Palms Resort Golf Club.

Celebration, the town DISNEY built is 4 miles away on the 192 east past DISNEY entrance and I 4 interstate, worth a visit. Turn right at water tower.

All major food retailers close by (turn left on 192), also Prime outlets, clothes factory outlet only 10 mins, going towards Orlando, exit 68 on I 4, go straight through traffic lights, then 500yds.

Old Town amusement/funfair park 3 miles on the 192 east past DISNEY entrance and I 4 Interstate, old American auto display on Saturday afternoons, well worth a visit, bring your camera.

We were pleasantly surprised by our recent rental experience. We were a little nervous renting directly from the owner, but everything worked out great. Great unit and location. Could have used a few more bowls/dishes (we had 5 in our group and eat in at least one meal every day). Loved the basketball court and pool. We'll stay there again.

Great Family Vacation

We recently rented this unit for our family vacation and it was wonderful. The kids loved the pool and the playgrounds that the resort offered. We also loved being close to all of the attractions that Orlando has to offer, yet the resort makes you feel secluded from all of the excitement as well. The condo itself was nice and spacious, it even had a highchair for our little guy. We had a great time and are looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Q:How can I be sure this rental property is for real and the owners are trustworthy.?

A:We can supply you with a link to the Osceola County tax collector which shows we are the owners of the property and that our property taxes are paid.
We can also supply you with the Windsor Hills resort managers contact details plus our own property managers details so you can verify that we are who we say we are.
Please ask us, we would do the same if we were in your shoes.

Q:What if I am totally unhappy about the condition of the rental and service.?

A:It's not in our long term interest to upset or be unfair to our guests, if you have any problems while still in our condo we provide contact details of our manager before your arrival, Donna will be happy to assist you with any problems that may arise, you can also contact me if any problems.
If you are still not happy with our service and feel that we are not doing enough to solve a problem during or after your stay with us you can make a complaint to Vacation Home Rentals or the Florida Accomodition Authority who we are licensed with.
We pride ourselves on the fact that the few minor problems that arose were successfully solved.
