Description of the Kissimmee vacation condo rental
Professionally decorated 3bedroom/2bath condo with high speed internet in beautiful Windsor Hills Resort. Our condo named Sunshine Getaway is your next vacation retreat! On the third floor this family friendly condo is a quiet corner unit overlooking an enchanting landscaped setting with the benefit of elevator access and the security offered by a 24 hour manned entry gate. Only 1 ½ miles from Walt Disney World!
The Master Suite which is separated from the other bedrooms includes a King-size bed, TV with cable, DVD, clock/radio, phone, walk-in closet and full bath. The 2nd bedroom features a Queen-size bed, TV with cable, DVD, clock/radio and very large closet. The 3rd bedroom also has cable TV, DVD, clock/radio and sleeping arrangements consisting of two twin beds. All your bed linens, blankets, and bath towels are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your family. Items include pots and pans, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, utensils, with full size refrigerator, oven/flat top burner, dishwasher, and microwave. For your convenience next to the kitchen is a full size washer and dryer. The screened in lanai is perfect for watching the sunrise as you sit and drink your morning coffee. The living room features a leather sofa set, which can convert to a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements, a 36 inch TV with cable, DVD player, stereo, family board games, and Play Station 2 with games. The spacious dining room seats six people comfortably. Sunshine Getaway condo sleeps six to eight people.
We are centrally located near the Orlando area, minutes away from Walt Disney World, Sea World, and Universal. For the angler in the family, Kissimmee offers some of the best freshwater fishing in the world. The Kissimmee chain of lakes is recognized worldwide for its trophy largemouth bass. Pack your clubs because tee time in Kissimmee offers full service upscale resorts as well as municipal public courses. Mystic Dunes a challenging 18-hole course is right next door to Windsor Hills Resort. Whether you are looking for an all day hike or a stroll around a lake, you’ll find plenty of nature trials, parks, preserves, and recreational paths here. Also, take a day trip to the beach, see a Nascar race at Daytona, or view a space shuttle launch at Cape Canaveral. There is something for Everyone!

Reviews for this vacation condo rental in Kissimmee, Florida
old and 6 year old sons. The community was very quiet, clean and we felt
very safe, like being in our own neighborhood. The pool was spectacular,
especially for the kids (and within walking distance from the condo). The
playground also very, very nice. Our expectations were high, having read a
number of good reviews, but we got more than we even expected. The condo
itself was a dream, and the owner was a treat to deal with, as were the
staff in the gatehouse, clubhouse and office. The location was perfect, we
were able to drive to the Disney parks in 10 minutes door to door using the
short cut that the owner gave us directions for. We've recommended this
condo to friends of ours who are planning their Disney trip and we'll come
back here for our next trip too. Can't say enough about how great it was."
