Description of the Kissimmee vacation condo rental

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium built in 2004 located only 2 miles from the entrance of Disney.Condo has internet access. The master bedroom has a king-size bed,TV and private full bathroom. The #2 bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The #3 bedroom has 2 twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all eating and cooking utensils including all of the small appliances such as a blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave etc, dishwasher, also has small round table with 2 chairs. Lounge has TV/VCR three seater sofa bed and 2 seater sofa,it has beautiful lamp, pictures and other decor. Dinning area with glass iron base table and six heavy iron base chairs. Dryer and washer in closet in kitchen area. Need some fresh air? Step outside into the screened-in patio with table and chairs. Just a few steps and your standing at the entrance to the tennis court and gorgeous heated pool and hot tub. For you golfers, we are in the heart of it all.

Area Description

The condo has internet connection for free. It has Disc network included free no charge. Amenities: In the complex included exercise room, community pool with hot tub, tennis courts, gas BBQ grills with picnic area and a gazebo. You are two blocks away from hwy 192 where there are restaurants, shops, grocery and convenience stores. There is also golf, mini golf, water parks, diner theaters, go karts, and much more other stuff.

The Disney World theme parks of Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Epcot, Blizzard Beach, and Typhoon Lagoon, you also have Universal Studios, Wet-n-Wild, Gatorland, and Sea World are very close. There are several dinner shows and resturants, a 24hr Super Wallmart, several shops and malls, golfing activities, and lot more.One hour away is Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, and Bush Gardens. Lot of golf courses around the area.

New route into Disney using the 429 Toll road, it bypasses the traffic on HWY 192. The cost is $1 to take the toll road.
