Spacious 1BR fully furnished condo for rent near Disney at the gated community of Legacy Dunes Resort in Kissimmee, Florida just 5 miles from Disney. Our Orlando vacation home condo has a beautiful view of the swimming pool area from the screened balcony and has all of the comforts of your own home. Spacious condo is perfect for a small family or a couple visiting Disney World. Over 800 sq ft of living space with a full kitchen, living room, dining room, full bath.

The bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, cable TV. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a
refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish washer, appliances, plates and glasses, utensils, pots and pans and everything
you would need to prepare meals. The condo has a spacious dining room, and the living room has a big screen cable TV, DVD player, and a sleeper sofa. This condo sleeps up to 4 people.

The condo has a screened patio seating area with a great view of the pool. The condo also has a washer and dryer
for your use, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to bring them back to the condo.

This unit is conveniently located adjacent to the clubhouse and swimming pool area. Convenient location with easy
access to all of the resort amenities. Legacy Dunes Resort has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, a clubhouse with
a game room, restaurant, bar, gym and fitness center, business center, basketball, volleyball, movie theater, and
much more. A great resort for the entire family to enjoy.

Legacy Dunes Resort and our condo are located just 5 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort.

This is a privately owned condo and there are no services provided. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and
after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay. For extended stays, cleaning
service can be provided for a fee. Please arrange any cleanings at the time you make your reservation.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the
condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.

There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside on the screened patio only.

Our rates start at $89 per night, plus 13% Florida state tax. There is a $200 per week deposit that will be applied to your balance. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a $50 cleaning fee for any stay under 7 nights

The Legacy Dunes Resort is 5 miles from Walt Disney World, Downtown Disney, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM Studios, Celebration, shopping, entertainment, dining and major highways.

The resort amenities include basketball courts, business center, clubhouse, covered parking, extra storage, fitness center, laundry facility, playground, beautiful tropical swimming pool, and tennis courts. The richly appointed floor plans include custom features like nine-foot ceilings, dry bars, ceramic tile, custom cabinetry, screened patios and balconies, lakeside views, built-in bookshelves, ceiling fans, and a menu of parking options
