Description of the Kissimmee vacation condo rental

Spacious 2BR fully furnished "Animal Kingdom" themed condo for rent at the gated community of Legacy Dunes
Resort in Kissimmee, Florida just 5 miles from Disney World. Our condo has a beautiful view of the resort lake from
the screened balcony and has all of the comforts of your own home. NEW! High Speed Internet Access!

The master bedroom has a king sized bed, walk in closet, cable TV, ceiling fan, en-suite full bath. The second
bedroom has two twin beds, cable TV, walk in closet, ceiling fan, and access to the second full bath. The condo has
a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish washer, appliances, plates and glasses, utensils,
pots and pans and everything you would need to prepare meals. The condo has a spacious dining room, and the
living room has a 42" big screen cable TV, DVD player, and a queen sleeper sofa bed. This condo sleeps up to 6
people and is located on the second floor.

The condo has a screened patio seating area with a great view of the lake. The condo also has a washer and dryer
for your use, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items
as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to
bring them back to the condo.

This unit is conveniently located across from the clubhouse and swimming pool area. Convenient location with easy
access to all of the resort amenities. Legacy Dunes Resort has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, a clubhouse with
a game room, restaurant, bar, gym and fitness center, business center, basketball, volleyball, movie theater, and
much more. A great resort for the entire family to enjoy.

Legacy Dunes Resort and our condo are located just 5 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy.
There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort.

This is a privately owned condo and there are no services provided. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and
after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay. For extended stays, cleaning
service can be provided for a fee. Please arrange any cleanings at the time you make your reservation.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 11:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the
condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.

There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside
on the screened patio only.

Our rates start at $89 per night plus 13% Florida state tax. There is a $200 per week deposit that will be applied to your balance. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a $60 cleaning fee for any stay under 7 nights.

Legacy Dunes Resort offers privacy gates, a main pool, Basketball Courts, Business Center, Clubhouse, Covered Parking, Emergency Maintenance, Extra Storage, Fitness Center, Garage, Gated Access, Laundry Facility, Playground, Swimming Pools, and Tennis Courts.

Anthony-I wanted to tell you that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The interior is immaculate. My children enjoyed the safari theme as well. We have always stayed in hotels in Orlando, but will never do that again. It was nice to have individual rooms for everyone with privacy. Pool was nice and very clean. It was definitely a home away from home. Thanks! I'm sure we will be returning in the very near future

RELAXING FUN VACATION CONDO

Anthony I am writing to tell you how pleased we were with our 5 week stay at the Legacy Dunes Animal kingdom condo. It is beautifully decorated and very CLEAN. It is a great place to stay, quiet,relaxing close to parks, shopping &entertainment. Met some very nice people around the pool. The staff was very friendly and curtious. Would highly recommend this to our other friends & family. Will see you next year!!

Best vacation ever

This was a great place to stay. the apartment was better than the pictures. A little far away from the pool but everyone need a little exercise right. No complaints except for being on the second floor and having an elephant above us. The location was close to everything we needed, Walmart, Target, Publix, and not to far from some flea market. Had a wonderful time. stayed for a month and hope to go back again.

When arriving the Condo was spotlessly clean, and was everything we expected it to be from the adverts, we found it comfortable and perfect for the our 2 Adult / 2 Children family's stay in Orlando, The onsite facilities were superb and very quite for the time of year, giving us a relaxing oasis from the busy theme parks, it also had a good central location giving easy access to all the local areas we wanted to visit. I would defiantly book this condo again and recommend it to friends.
