Welcome to Sun Lake Resort ,We have 2 units of 4 bedroom 3 bath 1650 sqft on first floor and 2nd floor.The units face to sun lake wihtout house behind, very quiet. It takes 1 minute in walking to a plaza for shopping and restrurants. Very convenient! there are shuttles to all parks at hotel(just cross street from sun lake resort).just 2 miles to Disney,No traffic congestion!
This unit has 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, 1 queen sofa bed and 1 full size crib for baby, 3 full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen.brand new electronic devices such as 3 HDTV ( 2 42” and 1 32”),Wii, DVD Player, Free WiFi high speed Internet and Free long distance telephone call in USA and Canada.
This spacious condo has a living room and a family room, enough space for the kids to play around. The home is also baby friendly. We provide a crib, high chair and a stroller for the baby. We offer you facilities including heated pool, Hot tub, lighted tennis courts, a club house with fitness center,pool tables and air hockey.Checking In is by door passcode, you can check in anytime after 4PM.We have everything ready for your First Class vacation at a fair price.

Great location very close to shopping and resturants 5 min drive to any of the disney parks. Owner was very easy to deal with communication was fast and deposits returned quickly. Will stay here again without hesitation.

Found the unit very clean and everything was in good working order. Lots of towels, glasses, cups, utensils, linens etc. as well as a washer and dryer in the unit. Close to a grocery store, family restaurants and only minutes from some great golf courses. Everything i needed was within walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

Me and my family were surprised by how big is this condo, everything you need they have it, nice and clean. The location is so convenient. My dad wanted to stay in the condo while we visited the parks, because he loved it! The only thing about it is that because is on the 2nd floor and I have small children, the tenants downstairs complaint the first night, because of the kids running, which is kind of difficult to prevent in a 2 1/2 years old. I think with a little older kids would be perfect!!!

This condo was just right for the family of six....plenty of room close to the pool, subway, grocery store and restaurants. Close to Disney's Wide World of Sports complex. Condo was clean, washer and dryer were in good working order, beds were not the most comfortable...but they are never like you bed at home. All n All no problems, enjoyed our stay at Sun Lake condominium

Everything You Need

The condo was very well appointed and clean. It has a great layout--we especially enjoyed the open kitchen that overlooks the dining/living area-- and was very comfortable. It's not the fanciest of developments but it's quiet, well-located, safe and provides for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. We were able to enjoy the pool by ourselves and quiet evenings on the balcony (with mosquito netting) overlooking the nearyby lake. The owner was very responsive while negotiating the transaction, everything went very smoothly. I found the rental to be an exceptional value and would rent here again.

We stayed at this condo for 10 days. March 26th - April 5th 2011. The condo was as descripbed. Very roomy, clean & confortable. Good neibourhood as well. Close walking to restaurants and grocery stores.

Magical Get away

I invited a group of friends from around the country for a weekend of reconnection and sharing. Some of the friends, have not seem one another for five years. What a weekend - Magical is the only description. The condo was perfect - it provided the environment. Thank you!! will do it again.

The location was great, less than 10 minutes from Disney parks and ESPN Wide World of Sports, 20 minutes from Universal. Very clean, all appliances relatively new. Shopping center at gate to complex, Super Target 1 mile away. The living room sofa is in disrepair, cannot sit on it and watch t.v. which leaves a loveseat as only seating in that area. Family room tv has very limited channels, mostly local and public variety. Screened porch only has 2 chairs and a very small table. The pool is small and the game room consists of 1 pool table and a small gym with standard work out equipment.
