Description of the Kissimmee vacation condo rental

Ground floor condo, and closest to the clubhouse/swiming pool. This condo is beautifully decorated with maximum comfort in mind. The large spacious living area welcomes you as you walk in the front door, and offers two sofas, loveseat, television with a dvd player. The dining room creates an atmosphere that will bring your family together and enhance your Florida experience. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in closet, private bath, television with a dvd player. Second bedroom features a queen bed and walk in closet, and television. The third bedroom offers two twin beds and a Disney theme. Kitchen is fully equipped with a refigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, pans, toaster, etc. There is also a full size washer and dryer, crib, wi-fi, telephone, and cable. All linens and bath towels provided. Full size waher & dryer inside unit for your convenience.

Area Information

Located in a quiter area just off Highway 192, very close to old town, Kissimmee, International Drive, Universal Studios, Sea World, Orlando, and Walt Disney World. There are several golf courses in the area, a variety of restaurants and several shopping malls.

We loved this condo, we have stayed at a few others howerver this condo is very well maintained it has all new flooring, has just been painted has a new washer and dryer. It is a beautiful place to stay. It was nice to work with the owners directly, and not through a managment company. We will be staying here again.
