Great Disney location

Nice 3 bedroom condo. Close (3-6 miles or about 15 minutes) from all Disney attractions. Less than 3 miles from a Target and Walmart. Lots of great resteraunts all around. Very quiet subdivision. There was occasional aircraft traffic overhead going to a local airport but it is infrequent and nondistracting. There is a pool at the clubhouse but we never made it since we spent all of our time at the various Disney parks. Ground level entry is nice if you have small children. Would definitely return the next time stopping in Orlando area. Owners were very responsive with a very short notice rental (reserved Saturday, arrived Monday). No issues and quick responses from owner to get all arrangements made.

We stayed in a ground floor condo which gave us more room than we even required. The King-sized bedroom particularly was spacious and comfortable, and all the bedding was new. The pool and the clubhouse were lovely, and the managemen company was excellent in ensuring that all our needs were met. This was a mixed community, renters and residents, older couples and younger families, and everyone was very friendly. The location was wonderfully central, close to shopping and attractions. All in all, a great vacation.

Good value for money....

No movies, weight room rather small. Resort is small so amenities are very limited. Location is excellent to area attractions. Condo is smaller than we are used to renting but was adequate for what you need. Screened in porch is a waste as baically it is way too small for anything. Noise from residents in 2nd floor unit was very disturbing at times. Spoke with owner and the problem was not addressed while we were there which was disappointing as we were there to rest. Would we rent again...most definitly though. Would also recommend to others looking for a place to rent that is close, well equiped and reasonably priced. Actually we look forward to our next trip to viist Mickey and a return visit to the unit.

If you are considering a Florida Vacation for a few days or a few weeks you couldn't find a better place to stay than Mei Han's condo at Club Cortile in Kissimmee. It is close to everything you could possibly want....be it restaurants, shopping, entertainment, attractions etc.It's only maybe 5 miles to the Disney Parks..even closer to Target, Walmart,Marshalls,K-Mart and so many more plus you can walk to Sam's Club, Wendy's, Applebees, The Waffle House..well there is just too many to mention. The Club Cortile is a gated Community and very well maintained. Mei's place is larger than any other vacation condo we have ever seen. It is exactly as pictured in the listing, very clean and beautifully maintained. She is very approachable and accomodating and bends over backwards to make sure that your stay is the best that it can be. We highly recommend Mei's condo. Mei, the owner was professional and detail. Confirmation of my rental date was confirmed within 24hrs by Mei. My payment process was less hectic and straight forward. Upon arrival at the condo, I was blown away at how clean, neat and well maintained the condo was. It was a kids's friendly environment. We had absolute everything we needed in the condo, Walmart, Target and lots of stores were a walk away from the Condo. We did all our cooking, cleaning and laundry inside the condo. No issues with phone line, or internet services. No to put a damper on things and I am being honest the only issue we had was the TV volume in the main living rm was freezing periodically. I have recommend Mei's Condo to my family and friends. She even had two strollers if you have little children for the Disney trip. Thanks Mei and God bless you and your family.

This condo is clean and well maintained. The pool, clubhouse, and exercise room were excellent. The location was the best thing. We could walk to most everything we needed. The owner provided all the information we needed and made the booking very easy for us. Any time we are going to Florida we will definitely book again.
