Description of the Kissimmee vacation condo rental

My Condo Sweet Condo is a great place to vacation. It has 3 bedrooms (master bedroom has queen sized bed, second bedroom has double bed, and third bedroom has 2 twin beds and the king sized sleeper sofa in the living room sleeps 2) and sleeps eight. There are 2 full baths (with hair dryer in each bath), living room, kitchen, dining area, washer and dryer and is completely furnished. You only need to bring your clothes.

There is no need to climb stairs with heavy luggage since this is on the ground level and is handicap accessible.

The complex has a clubhouse with pool table and exercise room with sauna. Outside the clubhouse are a heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts, volleyball court, playground, and BBQ area. There is wireless Internet in my unit if you bring a laptop.

Guests with families find this condo complex to be a relaxing place after spending the days at the nearby parks. My condo is located just beyond the clubhouse, pool, tennis courts, and playground in an area of little traffic with a view of conservation area from the back patio.

This condo has just what you want . Close to shopping and resturants and parks. quiet evenings to refresh for the next day activities. Every thing that you need to enjoy a vacation and more . thank you for a won. erful place to stay . easy acess for my disabled sister and my 82 yr old mother . Can't wait to go back.

I would like to thank you for making this an amazing 30th birthday for me. My family and I had such an amazing time at your condo and facility. We loved the pool and work out facility and definitely put them to good use. It was not far from anything that we wanted to do and that was definitely a plus in your favor. We will definitely use your facility if we are ever considering a trip to Florida again. Thank you again for all the you did. We also greatly appreciated not having to take our clothing to a laundromat to clean. All in all a huge success and standing ovation from us to you all.

My family consists of 6. We have 4 sons ages from 9-16. The condo was wonderful. It allowed everyone to have their own space and we were able to do breakfast and dinner meals at home. So we only ate out for lunches. With the laundry facilities we came home with all clean clothes. The pool and fitness center were used since three boys had weight requirements due to football coming up. We were the perfect distance from all the local parks and approx. one hour from each coast. Wal-Marts and restaurants were very close by. Overall this will be a vacation that our family will remember and talk about for years to come. The transactions for rental of the property went like a breeze. The owner was great and I hope to someday return to this property for future vacations. I have already told friends and family about this property and hope others will enjoy it as much as my family did.
