Spacious 2BR fully furnished "Tree House" themed condo for rent at the gated community of Legacy Dunes Resort
in Kissimmee, Florida just 5 miles from Disney World. Our condo has a beautiful woods view from the screened
balcony and has all of the comforts of your own home. NEW! High Speed Internet Access!

The master bedroom has a queen sized bed, walk in closet, LCD cable TV, ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a
full/twin bunk-bed, LCD cable TV, walk in closet, ceiling fan. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dish washer, appliances, plates and glasses, utensils, pots and pans and everything you would need to prepare meals. The condo has a spacious dining room, and the living room has a 40" big screen cable TV, DVD player, and a queen sleeper sofa bed. This condo sleeps up to 6 people and is located on the second floor. The condo has a screened patio seating area with a view of the woods. The condo also has a washer and dryer for your use, an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items
as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to
bring them back to the condo.

This unit is located across from the clubhouse and swimming pool area. Convenient location with easy access to all
of the resort amenities. Legacy Dunes Resort has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, a clubhouse with a game room, restaurant, bar, gym and fitness center, business center, basketball, volleyball, movie theater, and much more. A great resort for the entire family to enjoy. Legacy Dunes Resort and our condo are located just 5 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy. There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort.

This is a privately owned condo and there are no services provided. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay. For extended stays, cleaning service can be provided for a fee. Please arrange any leanings at the time you make your reservation.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.

There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside
on the screened patio only.

Our rates start at $79 per night, plus 13% Florida state tax. There is a $200 per week deposit that will be applied to your balance. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to your arrival. There is a $60 cleaning fee for any stay under 7 nights.

Great location for a theme park vacation!

My family of three stayed at this condo from July 13-18 and were very pleased with it. We loved the proximity to Disney World and Universal Studios, as well as the "home-away-from-home" feeling it exudes. I made all the arrangements and was very pleased with the ease of the reservation process, check-in, and check-out. The only reason I am not rating this condo as a 5/5 is that the master bedroom door does not latch closed, one of the gate cards provided does not work for entry into the resort community, most of the essentials (soap/laundry detergant, etc) were almost gone when we arrived, and the television service provided is less than satisfactory. Also, as a suggestion for the future, it would be nice if these condos included some kind of spice rack...or at least salt and pepper. Overall, we were very happy with our experience at the Tree House Themed Condo and would highly recommend it to family and friends. We would definitely consider renting this condo again in the future.

We had a wonderful time and were truly very pleased, impressed and comfortable with our accommodations at Legacy Dunes and this condo. From the moment we arrived my husband could not stop saying how very impressed he was with the accommodations and our two boys absolutely LOVED what they called their "new home" :) The convenience to all the parks and shopping and great dining was wonderful and the security of being in a well maintained and gated property was amazing. This was our first family vacation away and it is one that will be treasured and remain very near and dear to us. We hope to have the chance to return again in future and of course will be in touch with Anthony about accommodations, his professionalism and attentive responses have made it such a easy and smooth transaction leaving me with little to worry about.
