Other Fees: Security Deposit: It is a security against any damage to or loss of our property due to any casue during your tenancy. The security deposit will be used solely for repairing or replacing the property otherwise it will be refunded within 10 days of checkout after verifcation of the condition of our property. Cleaning Fee: $70 cleaning fee will be added to the total.
