Spacious 2BR fully furnished, luxury condo rental at the gated vacation community of Legacy Dunes Resort in Kissimmee, Florida, only 4 miles from Walt Disney World. Our condo has a beautiful balcony view and has all of the comforts of your own home. Nicely furnished condo with a wide open floor plan for your next Disney vacation.

The first bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, two twin sized beds, walk in closet, LCD cable TV, walk-in closet, ceiling fan. The second master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, a queen bed, walk in closet, ceiling fan and is spacious and comfortable. The condo has new furniture and is nicely
decorated.

The condo has a full kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, appliances, plates and glasses,
utensils, pots and pans etc. The condo has a spacious dining room, and the living room has an LCD TV, sleeper sofa bed and a love seat, a small office area and sliding glass doors to the balcony. This condo sleeps 6 people. This condo is located on the third floor. There are no elevators.

Upon arrival, you will be provided with starter soap, shampoo and toilet paper. You will have to replenish these items
as you use them. All linens and towels are provided. If you bring towels to the swimming pool area, please be sure to
bring them back to the condo.

This unit is conveniently located close to the clubhouse and swimming pool area of the resort with easy access to all
of the resort amenities. Legacy Dunes Resort has a beautiful tropical swimming pool, a clubhouse, gym and fitness
center, basketball, volleyball, children's playground and much more. A great resort for the entire family to enjoy.

Legacy Dunes Resort and our condo are located just 4 miles from Disney off of 192/Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy.
There are several restaurants and shopping centers conveniently located near the resort.
This is a privately owned condo and there are no services provided. The unit will be cleaned before your arrival and
after you check out. It is your responsibility to keep the condo clean during your stay.

Check in is at 4:00 PM and check out is at 10:00 AM. We need this time to have the cleaning service prepare the
condo for the next guest. The condo will be inspected before your arrival and immediately after your departure.

There are NO PETS allowed and absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo, no exceptions! You can smoke outside
on the screened patio only.

Our rates start at $89 per night plus 13% Florida state tax. There is a $200 per week deposit that will be applied to
your balance. Full payment is due 30 days prior to your arrival. The deposit is fully refundable up to 60 days prior to
your arrival. There is a $60 cleaning fee for any stay under 7 nights.
