This lake view condo is located at Sunlake Resort, only 2 miles to Disney.
4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.sleeping accommodations for 8 people.

HIGHLIGHT:
one 40" HDTV(free up to100 HD channels and hundreds of Digital Channels to choose) in living room. 32" HDTV in master room.

King-size Master bedroom with a full bathroom

We provide DVD player and Nintendo Wii game station in family room.

Free high speed wireless Internet and Free local call.

Fully equipped kitchen with all you need cookware and dinning ware in high quality.
Kids friendly with highchair,crib and stroller, staris fence.
Full laundry with iron and iron board as well as quality linens and bedding stuffs with back-up comforter, blanket and towels.

Our management company provides first roll of toilet paper in each bath room, hand soap and initial trash bag. They don’t provide any detergent and dish liquid.

My Mom's 70th Birthday

The property was exactly in the geographical area described in the description and a short 2 mile drive to Disney World attractions. Sea World was very close a well. We found driving rather than trying to use a shuttle or bus was a better option for our family. The condo unit was very roomy with plenty of room for everyone. The owners were very great at communicating and working with us. There were a few issues that came up such as lightbulbs which the owner worked to resolve for us through their management company. I would highly recommend this unit or the others owned by these owners! I will say that if you are looking for a big clubhouse - such as big workout room, game room and pool that is not the case however that is not within the control of the owners. I have communicated the changes in the clubhouse to the owner and revisions should be made.
