Description of the Kissimmee vacation condo rental
Our luxury condo is located in a prestigious gated community of Club Cortile, in Kissimmee. Unit has a large master bedroom with a king size bed, a guest bedroom with queen bed and a kids bedroom with 2 twin beds. The couch in the living room opens up to a twin size bed as well to accommodate an additional guest. Unit was recently renovated and placed in the vacation rental market.
The 3 bedroom 2 bath unit comes fully equipped with 42" flat screen TV in the living room, blue-ray DVD player, as well as TVs in two main bed rooms, free wireless internet service, free Netflix, cookware, kitchen and eating utensils, microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with ice-maker, washer, dryer, iron and board, hairdryers and more to make your stay comfortable and memorable at Orlando.
Guests get full access to community club house, which includes heated pool, hot tub, playground, fitness center, computer room, tennis and basketball courts.
We want to make sure your stay is enjoyable at our Condo. If you are in anyway not satisfied with your stay, let us know and we'll make it right.

Condo is a few minutes drive from all Disney theme parks, Universal studios and Sea World. At walking distance are several shops, restaurants and public shuttle services. Major highways are easily accessible and within minutes of drive from the community.

Enjoyed the stay
January 22, 2013
We rented the house during the Christmas week and enjoyed very much of the stay. The location is very good, convenience to shops, restaurants and short drive to the Disney theme parks. The house is clean, spacious and private back to farmland. The owner checks with us almost every day to make sure everything is ok. The smoke detector in living room had low battery, after we reported to owner, it got changed right away in same day. In overall, we enjoyed the stay and had very good time.
