We visit relatives in Kissimmee every year, and decided to rent a place for our extended month long visit this year. My #1 priority was to find a place with a washer and dryer. A safe neighborhood and "like home" conveniences were important as well. The only very small complaints were the lack of fire extinguisher and burned out light bulbs and a non working clock in one bedroom. Seriously, as these very small details were my only complaints, I gave this place a 5 star. We were very happy with the abundant pillows, blankets, and dishes ~ this place made you feel you were a guest at a relative's home, but with privacy. There was a few nights of "bon fire partying" by a neighbor, not in the condo unit we were in, but over the fence behind our yard in another subdivision, not bad partying, but a bit loud with small kids trying to sleep early . Over all, I would 100% recommend this rental to every friend as we were extremely satisfied with the accommodations. One improvement would be to update the dryer as it was very slow to dry.

Cottage is small but very nice, Great kitchen, appliances etc. We traveled with pets and found the resort to be very pet friendly-loved the dog bath with warm water spray. Pool area is very nice lots of tables chairs and umbrellas.

This was a great Cozy location as the name of the location indicates. Great for a small family and conveniently located near attractions. Would recommend to family and friends. Trying to come plan for my next visit.

Can't say enough about how absolutley perfect this small home was for our family during our Disney vacation. Honestly, my 8 year old son was perfectly content to stay on the property and at the pool at times rather than fight the crowds at Disney. He loved the home and especially the loft. I would highly recommend for a small family.

My family was very pleased with our stay at your cottage. It was everything that was advertised and more! The location was absolutely perfect! The resort accomodated all our needs and even provided a nice Thanksgiving dinner. That was a nice surprise! We will definitely be back again in the future next time we visit Orlando. Thank you!!!
