FREE POOL HEAT OCTOBER 2008-MAY 1ST 2009! HOME JUST BEEN COMPLETELY RENOVATED! Not because it's old just wanted a different decor and my taste for villa. Prime location and will find staying under 5 miles very important with Disney traffic. Anything over 5 miles will cost precious time in traffic. Making it easy access to Disney World, Universal, Sea World, Old Towne, Gatorland. Staying on 192 as little as possilbe. Will feel your in the tropics in this rich chocolate color Florida home. Beautifully landscaped with tropical plants including two Bird of Paradise plants. Could sit all day watching birds fly in and out of these beautiful trees. Home has four bedrooms, two bathroom private villa. Each room tastefully decorated with bedrooms having there own cable televisions. Two of the bedrooms are done with children in mind or children at heart. From Mickey Mouse bedroom with video game, Playstation with games, and Mickey Mouse television. A Princess room with lavendar mosquito nets, ballerina slippers, castles and a Princess television. Any child will fall to sleep with a smile on there face in these beautiful rooms. Master bedroom has king size bed, colorful with it's own walk in closet and bathroom. Master bedroom looks over your extra large private pool and golf course view. Master bath done in the colors of the sea and tropical fish. Master gives access to the Lanai and pool. Where you will find a ceiling fan and gas grill. Your private pool overlooks the golf course. Giving you the enjoyment of open space and solitude. Recently, our son and 18 month old grandbaby picked up 123 golf balls on the golf course! My son said him and the baby had more fun doing this then visiting Disney World! That will change when the little guy is old enough to understand the Magic of Disney. Best thing this home gives you enjoyment of open space and solitude. Floor plan open kitchen overlooks family room and dining room. This way you can be part of the fun while in your kitchen. Home's washer and dryer inside kitchen area. Home has a game room with electronic basketball,pool table, two adult bikes, tennis rackets, and air hockey. Best thing about home besides it's beauty, and view is 3.5 miles to Disney World. Choosing a home is important but, distance to parks is just as important. Going out by Davenport can take precious time from your vacation. Traffic can be an issue going toward Disney World. You can prevent these problems by staying close to the parks. Make sure you're getting apples for apples,when choosing a vacation home. Most important thing is location,and a villa that is clean, and updated! That's what your going to have with this villa. Home just received Plasma television in family room, new dining room, Italian leather living room furniture,new queen white brass bed, new king size bed, new interior paint and exterior in now a rich chocolate color with cherry door. Game room has a new pool table,air hockey, electronic basketball, and two adult bikes for your use. We now have high speed WI-FI internet, TIVO so you never miss your favorite shows, FREE long distance anywhere in the US, Puerto Rico and Canada. Family room has gorgeous cherry wood floors, tile in kitchen, dining room, new Maytag dishwasher and stove, new hardware in kitchen. Take a look at our three bedroom to have the feel we were going for in this gorgeous home. Our colors are just a little warmer on this 4 bedroom home. Oh! did I mention our pool now has beautiful twinkle blue lights and neon lighted surf boards for night swimming. We have thought of everything to make your vacation fantastic!! Compare apples to apples when booking a home for your Disney World vacation. Licensed, insured, bonded (held to a higher standard), credit card terminal in office (not PAY-PAL NO INSURANCE).

We enjoyed staying in the rental house. It met our expectations and allowed us to have a very relaxing vacation. The pool is wonderful and the location is fabulous. It is nice to have no other neighbours behind, except for a few golfers. The house is well maintained and we hope to return next year.

Our family had the pleasure of staying at this vacation home.This was our first family vacation with our 3 small children so I did a lot of research to find the house that not only had everything we needed, but owners that were easy to work with.I was nervous booking a home on the internet,but the first time I contacted Paula,we clicked.The thing that cemented our rental was that she told me that they work to make the house perfect for the renters and strive to make their experience unforgetable.It was all that.She called just after we arrived to make sure everything was as we wanted.Anytime we had a question, we could call her and she knew the answer and could help us right away. The house was great in that it had everything we needed.The kids had their rooms, which our girls still ask to go to the princess room.The washer and dryer was a great asset.I was able to unpack and put away clean clothes instead of coming home to loads of laundry.You won't be dissapointed to rent this home!

This was our first time to Disney World and it was the greatest experience ever! Paula went out of her way to make sure we knew what to see, and how to get around traffic. Not to mention her home was spotless and beautiful. Our little girls just loved the Princess room. We are now re-doing their bedrooms with Princess theme. My husband and I were so relaxed on this vacation. Thank you for giving us such a great vacation!
