There are 2 master bedrooms each with a private bath and
large walk in shower and 2 twin bedrooms with a shared bath.
Our home can easily accommodate 2 families which is great for those who want to split the cost and still have lots of room and privacy.

Believe us when we say - there is something for everyone to love in our custom built home and our management company is available 24/7 working together to make your dreams come true.

You can now relax and share a memorable fantastic family vacation... The one that you have been working towards all year! This beautiful home is in one of the most desirable neighbors in the Kissimmee/Orlando area.

Our property is privately owned - it is not part of a large organization. Our family has vacationed to Disney for over 25 years and we find this to be the most enjoyable way to stay and truly relax while experiencing all Florida has to offer...Sunshine, Fun, and Full Family Enjoyment! This is truly the only way to family vacation!

Once your day is complete - sit by the private pool and spa under the lanai, listening to your favorite music from our indoor/outdoor surround stereo system. Or take a swim in our heated pool or just relax in our 6 person hot tub. Don't forget to watch for the firework display from Disney. When your finished just step into the house and enjoy a peaceful night sleep in your own comfortable beds.

Our two year old home is in a well kept subdivision with a privacy wall for a truly quiet private vacation.
It is approximately two-miles from Disney World and within a 20 minute ride to all major theme parks and attractions.
Old Town, a variety of restaurants, water parks, putt-putt, and shopping are all a short distance away.

We have a unique game room with a slot machine, pin ball machine, electronic basketball, Electonic dart board, chess/checker table, air hockey.
Our pool is 30 feet long which is larger than most rentals can offer and our hot tubs seats 5-6 people with no problem. You can enter the lanai through the French doors from the family room or the master bedroom. Where you can enjoy the privacy while listening to out indoor/outdoor stereo surround sound system. On a clear you may even seen the firework from Disney, we are that close. Come try us out we know you won't be disappointed.

We stayed there this past June, after my husband came home for 2 weeks of R&R from Iraq. We got married and were able to have a little honeymoon and stay at a home away from home here. Relaxing by the pool, being able to have everything ready to cook dinner for our friends, and just be able to be a family again while he was home. Our only regret was our stay wasn't longer. We will definately be back. Thank you so much!

What a wonderful home and a great location. We were 6 staying at the home and it was perfect. The kids (all ages) loved the pool, hottub and games room. As we like to cook for ourselves and take our lunches to Disney, this worked out great. The center living plan of the home was perfect for gathering, but everyone had the privacy of a bedroom if needed. We would be happy to stay at the home again - whether we went to Disney or not... Thanks again...

I have always stayed on Disney grounds prior to this visit, but thought we would try something new! It was SO much better than staying at Disney. The house was beautiful and we enjoyed having it all to ourself, rather than being in a small hotel room! We will never go back to staying on the grounds. The house was everything I dreamed and we can't wait to rent it again!
