ANOTHER DISNEY BACKYARD HOME. (#12201)

The house was as expected. Very comfortable and kid friendly. Very easy to book and smooth transaction from owner. This house is beautiful, we can't say enough about it. Only issue though minor is it would be nice for the owner to provide coffee filters, salt & pepper & more dishtowels. We had no issues with lack of towels that's what the washer/dryer are for! Neighbourhood is quiet,beautiful and serene. The pool heater a/c for house worked wonderful. Our last night there was a problem with pool heater but we left a note for whomever to alert them to the problem. I hope we left everything in good shape for the housecleaner etc. We will definitely recommend this house to our friends as long as they aren't planning a vacation at the same time as us because we want this house on our next trip! You get great value for your money and the rental on this house in our opinion is cheap!It was such a pleasure to return "HOME" everyday to our home away from home! Thank you and you will definitely see us back again if not next year the year after for sure! We loved the house and the location. It was so quiet and relaxing. The pool was nice and warm during a cold snap. The only suggestion was for a television to be in each room. With 3 couples it was a little hard to watch what every wanted. I will return if I go back to Florida. There were no washcloths, dishcloths and only a few towels. We just went to the store and bought a few of each. The place was very good located, very quiet neighborhood, a little far away from the noise and action, but very confy. House was clean in all aspects, bedrroms ok, bathroom very ok. Definitely will return to the same place next time Overall, very very satisfied. Was happy with the way everything was set up. I only have 2 things that were of major concern for me. After the third day staying in this house, the AC did not work like the prior days (Thank God for the ceiling fans)and the most important...there was no extra toilet paper. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a place to stay!! It was a quiet community and it was very close to the parks especially Disney parks. The house was very clean and tidy upon our arrival and the owner even called in to make sure we were enjoying our stay. The pool was great especially the fact that it was heated and everything!! This house was excellent, even better than the pictures. Very clean and very tidy and the layout was excellent. The area was nice and easy to get to. The kids absolutely loved the pool, they'd have been happy to play in the pool all day and didn't go to any parks, we even got a call from the owner a couple of days in to see how we settled in which i thought was really nice. All in all, i'm glad we stayed in this house as this was exactly what we needed after those exausting park visits. Definately would stay again. We loved the house. Everything was perfect! From the neighborhood to the way the table was setup when we arrived. Nothing was better than coming back after a long day at the parks to beautifull home. The kids enjoyed jumping in the pool late at night. We will definatly return! Only thing that I would suggest is to bring wash clothes, trash bags & soap for the dishwasher! We loved the house. Location was great for what we wanted to do. However, the pool heater was still not working. I stayed thinking that the problem would have been fixed since November. Overall a good experience. Its a pretty good house and well maintained. We stayed for 4 days, and used to feel good once we return from disney. Location is not very far from Disney, but universal is little away. Near to the house is Chvron & CVS. We didnt find wireless internet, as promised. and the Pool Heater was not working, maybe some minor service thing. Overall its a good place to stay.
