Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental

This luxurious villa has 4 bedroom/3bathroom(1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 4 twin beds and a sofa bed) and an extra large 30x15 heatable screened pool with a spa facing the conservation area. The south facing proximity of the pool and deck area guarantees Florida sunshine throughout the day for 12 months of the year. It gives a feeling of tranquility and peace, as well as a high degree of privacy . There is a game room with pool table and Foosball. This luxury vacation home has been furnished throughout by professional to the very highest standards and is beautifully decorated. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves. There is a screened private heated pool with safety fence for your relaxation. The stunning pool and the extended deck is one of the largest offered by any house-builder in the region. We use a highly recommended Management Company with friendly, 24-hour support for our guests.

The villa is located in the Crescent Lakes community, a very peaceful location. As you drive or walk around the communities you will be able to appreciate a whole array of wildlife, yet you are only an easy 15 minute drive from Disney & other attractions. Even a 5 Minute scenic drive will take you to Walmart and other shops in the local town of Poinciana. In the opposite direction on the 192 you have a large variety of Restaurants to cater for all tastes, more Supermarkets and Gift shops.

At the back of Crescent Lakes is an enormous Conservation Area which has nature walks over a boarded walk-way where you can see exotic wildlife and birds and many species of plants and shrubs. As the name suggests, Crescent Lakes is host too many lakes which are stocked full of fish. You are welcome to fish in any of the lakes in the area - it is ideal for children too as you can catch fish in a matter of seconds! To find Crescent Lakes, travel along the 192 East away from Disney. Go past Kissimmee Old Town on the right (you'll see the Ferris wheel). At Poinciana Boulevard turn right. Go straight over the traffic lights (with 7-11 on your right). You will see Crescent Lakes to your right.

We had a great time in Florida and this house is very roomy and comfortable. Had plenty of room for two families. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The pool heater needed repair but once it was fixed the pool was enjoyable, and it needs more TV's in the bedrooms that are in working order. We would rent this property again if they add more tvs and remites that are working

This poolhome is tremendeous. We had a wonderful time staying here. It has absolutely everything you need and want. It is very spacious and comfortable. Although we found the toilet seats to be very low and a bit uncomfortable each time you have to "go".....our experience was very good. If they could put one extra TV in the other bedroom plus add internet to the house.......we would have give it a 5 star. We do recommend every one to rent this house. You will not regret it for a second.

I have already started to recommand your place. In french, cette maison est la plus belle et propre que nous avons eu la chance de louer depuis des années. Très propre et très bien entretenue, c'est une excellente place pour vous reposer (aucun bruit autour) Le service est impeccable. Merci
