Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental
**As of June 2012 ~ Pool has been completely refinished..looks like a new pool. In addition, there is a new, 47" television in the main living room. Also, a new dishwasher in the kitchen, and new full sized washer and dryer!
We are located in the beautiful Lindfields subdivision and are only 4 miles from the Disney exit. We are also close to other theme parks, shopping and restaurants.

We are the owners and you don't pay for a middleman - you deal directly with us! We have been renting our house for over 14 years now, and have returning families each and every year! LOCAL PROPERTY MANAGER- provides weekly lawn service, pool service, pest control, etc. and is on-call 24 hrs a day, at no extra cost to the guest.
Come relax in our private heated pool that will make you feel like royalty. Pool area includes lounge chairs, table/chairs and covered eating area. This is a perfect setting for your lazy breakfasts or poolside dinners! No neighbors behind us and privacy on each side provide for the ultimate swimming experience!!!
This home has every amenity imaginable! Full size washer/dryer in separate laundry room. 2 car garage. Master bedroom has extra large, walk in closet. Living room has 27" color TV with cable. High speed internet on premises. Kitchen has dishes/service for 12. Complete with pots/pans/utensils. Microwave, dishwasher, range, refrigerator.
Crib and high chair available for the little ones! Rent with confidence - our house is designed so that no one can enter the pool area unless they are at least 5 feet tall - safety comes first!
Master bedroom has a king size bed, full bath (complete with separate tub and shower) and dual sinks. TV set with cable in the Master bedroom. 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed. 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. One additional full bath with shower/tub combo.
Dining room area is separate from kitchen. Seating easily for 6 - more if needed. Additional table in kitchen area. New leather couches in living room - couch, love seat and chair.

Great Family Time!

The house was lovely. The crib was a little small for our 6 month old grandson as he kept putting his legs out of the railing. It was great to make our own meals when we were at the house as there was enough equipment available. TV was smaller than we are used to. It was nice to be close to Disney. Superintendent was close by and very helpful. Beds were very comfortable. Beautiful leather couch, loveseat and chair! Washer and dryer were very useful. A real 'home away from home.' Lots of towels!! Even some umbrellas if we needed them, (which we didn't). Great outdoor furniture in a sheltered area by the pool. Nice to sit out even if it were raining. Some pool noodles were available, too. Great value for the money.

This home was very spacious and well-laid out. It was comfortable and easily accessible to Walt Disney World. Being able to fix our own meals was something we needed to do and having the ability to do that in our "own house" was invaluable. If we ever come down this way again we will see if this property is available.

You never know what to expect when you rent something, especially a home for your family vacation but you will not go wrong if you rent this beautiful, homey, most comfortable home. I wish we had spent more time there. Centrally located we were able to travel about, east coast, west coast it was all what we wanted to do. It was clean and we didn't want for anything. The neighbors were a big help. I can our family returning to that house, it was just perfect.

Having Terry across the road was great too - didn't need him but really enjoyed the few chats we had with him. Hello Rob and Denise. We are now back in Michigan and it is snowing But, I am still thinking of the warm weather and palm trees. My whole family had a great time on our vacation in the sunshine state. So much that we didn't want to leave! It was extremely hard leaving 80 degree weather for 28 degrees. Your home was very nice and we enjoyed the pool every minute we could. Terry and Charlene are so nice and helpful and we enjoyed talking with Terry. I wanted to let you know that my grandaughter dropped and broke a correll cereal bowl. Sorry. And we made cinnamon rolls and the cookie sheet was a burnt mess, so Bruce went out and bought a nonstick cookie sheet to replace it. We had fun at the parks and were so close that it made it so easy getting there. We even went to Busch Gardens, even though it was a little farther away. Fun was had by all!! Rob and Denise, just thought i would let you know what a great vacation we had in your florida home for the week of July 6 thru the 12th. Your home is beautiful and the pictures you have posted don't do it justice. We were pleasantly surprised when we opened the front door to wide open space and beauty. Our grandson loved the pool as did we. but our schedule was so packed we really didn't have alot of time to utilize the pool as much as we wanted to but the time we did use it, it was great. We as first timers at this were a little skeptical but we will definately be return renters. Thanks alot and hope to hear from you soon.

Hope you both enjoyed your break in Hawaii.
We really enjoyed ourselves in Florida & your vacation home was excellent, it had everything we needed. the weather was good for us but not for Floridians who were hoping for rain.
We are intending to return to Florida next year with Sue's sister & her partner. We would be interested in staying in your vacation home if it was available. Our provisional dates are 24th April to 8th May.
We would appreciate it if you could let us know if these dates are available and the full rental costs involved.
In anticipation of us rebooking don't send back the $100 security deposit yet and we may both save some time & effort.
We are both still recovering from the jet lag & trying to catch up with what's happened while we where away.

Dear Rob & Denise -
We had an absolutely wonderful stay in your condo home in Florida. The house was so spacious & clean. It was just perfect for my family. My grandsons (age 10 & 7) loved the pool (oh yes, so did mom, dad & grandma). It was heated very nicely. My youngest grandson would ask to come back to the condo so he could go swimming. The weather was perfect and the location is perfect. A nice quiet neighborhood and close to all the attractions. The week couldn't have been any more perfect. We all hated to leave, but I guess all vacations do come to an end. We had planned that vacation for almost 2 years. None of my family had flown before and my grandsons had never been to Disney or Sea World. I had the dream of going to Florida with my family for several years and am so thankful that dream came true.
I don't believe anything got broken during our stay.
Once again it was a fabulous week. My family very seldom gets to have a nice vacation like this one was and there are many memories etched in our minds. One of the memories was the pool and all the fun and enjoyment it gave to us. It was great. Thank you, thank you.
