Incomparable Disney Vacation Home w/Huge Pool (#13568)

Write a review This is my first experiance for renting a vacation home and will not regret a bit I did it with this house. Service from begining to the end was excelent. House was nice and clean. I surely recomend this place. Alex This home was beautifully decorated, fully furnished, easily accessable to local attractions, and very clean. We have 5 children and couldn't have found better accomodations. They loved the pool and themed rooms! The management and owner were wonderful to work with. I will recommend this place to my friends. House was just as described. It was in great shape very clean with all imenditys plus more. It truly was like bringing my house on vacation with me. The house is very close to the main disney shopping strip and minutes away from the parks. I would definitly stay in this house again. The owner and his reps were great. I highly recemonded this property. this was my first vacation house rental and it worked out great. Me and my family (2 parents and 3 children) rented this vila for 6 nights on septmber this year. We loved this place. It was very clean, very comfortable, the pool was great, it was good to come home after the parks and relax in the pool.In the kitchen there was anything you need:a microwave,an electric stove,a garbage grinder, dishes,towels and many more. The owener was very kind and helpful,also when we had a little problem after we left the appartment, connecting the payment.I recomend very much. Our stay at the home was very quite and fun. The swimming pool we all loved. We had a good night sleep on the beds. They was so comfortable. I would stay again and I would recommend this home to anyone. It's alot more private than a hotel and you pay around the same amount of money without being able to cook out at a hotel. Our family very much enjoyed this house and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who is planning on staying in Orlando. The house was clean and the management a pleasure to deal with. It's close to Disney and all the amenities you need to make your stay enjoyable. The pool was great to come home to after a day of park hopping. We enjoyed our stay in the rental very much. The home was better than expected. It is close to the airport, grocery stores, shops, and parks. All the conveniences of home with perks!! Thank you, we hope to visit again soon. My family enjoyed your home during our visit. My teenager was in the pool every change she got. The tourist area was so convenient to the home that it made the stay even better. The lady that checks us in was a delite to deal with. I felt she was professional and a very sweet person. I would not hesitate to use you again in the future. Brenda My vacation was very enjoyable and comfortable primarily due to the accomodations of this rental home and it's close proximity to attractions, points of interest and shopping malls. The owners have been accommodating to families with young children and the home is clean and tastefully decorated. My expectations were definitely exceeded! We had a great time at the house. The past two years at Disney we stayed at a hotel and then a timeshare. This was the best experience so far. The kids where in the pool before breakfast everyday, and as soon as we got home from the parks, it was great having your own pool right there. The decor was very nice, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved it, and have already started reccomending it to friends. We'll definatley be back. I must say that this was my first time renting any vacation home. I've always stayed in hotels. I was very nervous because you always here about the horror stories of people renting or staying in places that they've only seen on the internet. I was praising the Lord when we came into our vacation home. It was so neat and clean and decorated very nicely. I have three small children so it was so nice to put them to bed in their own beds and have a room for my husband and I to ourselves. The location was perfect also. Most of the places we wanted to go were just about 10 to 45 minutes away. The managers were also very nice and helpful. If we had any problems they were right there doing anything they could to make the sitiuation better. My husband wants to come back next year and I've told all of my friends what a wonderful and really inexpensive option it is. Way better than a hotel or condo. Property was in great condition, beds comfortable, and all rooms were very clean. Enjoyed the pool, and having laundry facilities available. Being about 20 min from theme parks a plus also. For future rentals I would like to see: 1. A switch on the pool guard alarm to allow you to turn it off unless you have a small child who can't swim because it's very annoying. 2. Buy some better pots and pans for the kitchen. This is our biggest complaint. The ones you have there cause food to stick and burn, no matter what you do. 3. Buy some better plastic glasses also, we found one that was damaged, looked like it got too hot maybe in the dishwasher. 4. I would remove the veil attachments over the beds in the princess room. They get damaged easily, and you'll spend a lot of time keeping them from getting torn down. I was very pleased with the accomodations. We had absoloutely no problems and the house was very nicely decorated and close to Disney. Thanks for offering such a nice house to vacationing rentors. We have a family of five with three girls. Having two baths and three bedrooms made all the difference in the world! We were able to spread out when we were done at the parks and catch a nap or swim or cook on the grill. It was really a terrific experience. The proximity to the parks was just incredible. I swear getting to the home in our rental car was faster and easier than the disney buses which can get really crowded an unconfortable after park closing. The home itself was fantastic and tastefully decorated. Close to shopping so we could stock up the first day on food and necessities. Owner was very easy to work with, honest and thorough. If you have never tried a rental home than you should. If you are going to rent I give this home two thumbs up. Very Friendly Management People....And The Home Is Just Wonderful.....I would Never Rent A Hotel Again....This Home Is Great !!!! House was great! Had great appliances, especially the washer and dryer. The grill outside was hard to work but I managed to get it working. The pool heater unfortunately was broke so the wife would not go in. Shes used to warmer water. It was cold. Kids loved it though. The phone did not work and our cell phones charge for roaming. Ouch!!! We wanted to use our calling card but we couldn't. Just normal things that go wrong and things that people who stay there should let you know about. We understand that your in a different state so Its hard for you to know. But everything else was great. Quiet place and the neighbors seemed quite. Kids loved the bedrooms. It was a great vacation. Thanks Looking for a place to stay in Orlando? - this home is perfect for two small families or one larger family. It is clean, the beds are comfortable, pool is fun and warm (with heat)! [Read lots of reviews, not sure what to believe? I am SUPER picky about clean, etc. This one passes with flying colors!] It is located in a quiet area about 5 min off of 192 (a main highway) near resturants, grocery stores and more. You are only a few minutes from Disney, Sea World and Universal. This home provides all the things you would need staying away from home. WHY stay in a hotel or condo when a home gives you more for the same price or even less! Mid Feb of 07 my family and I took our first Orlando trip. We were very satisfied with our decision to make this home our vacation rental. The staff was very friendly and the home is in an excellent location. Very close to all the parks! Only recommendation we had for the owners, is to supply a few more basics. With 6 adults and 1 child it only took us a day to run out of toilet paper. Extra trash bags and another dishwasher tab would have also helped us out. Other then those minor issues we had a great time and were pleasantly surprised with the home! I would recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Orlando. I thought that the pictures and offer were too good to be true but the property exceeded all of my expectations. It was clean, centrally located and well equipped. It was perfect for our family. the house is a beautiful home, in a great location with a pool and bbq grill I would highly recommend this property It is very clean and well cared for It is in a quiet neighborhood and still close to disney Nice house, nice owner and professional services. Will recommend to friends. This property is very convenient. It is close to Disney World and save you a lot of time on traffic. The home is comfortable and cozy. For sure will recommend friends to stay.
