Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental

Brand new six bedroom five and a half bath magnabay villa for the extended family group very private pool facing conservation lot in a superb setting one of the closest resorts to Disney only three miles.

This desirable executive development at Emerald Island offers you the luxury and privacy of a 24 hour manned gated entrance which opens you to an exclusive and dramatic palm tree lined boulevard with towering monuments, sculptured Dolphins and water fountains this gives you the best in resort lifestyle in a one-of-a-kind secluded location that is near all the magic and wonder that central Florida and Disney have to offer.

There are six bedrooms in total.

The first romantic master suite over looks the pool area which boasts a luxury king-size bed and TV. An en suite bathroom, with a roman tub vanity unit,separate shower and water closet half bath; with wash basin and water closet.

The second romantic master bedroom which is located up stairs also has a luxury king-size bed,TV, leading to the en suite bathroom with vanity unit, bath with shower over and water closet.

Two further bedrooms consist of queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms.

Two additional twin bedded guest rooms feature two twin beds and share a bathroom.

Three living areas.

Relax in the comfortable living area whilst listening to your favorite music; the formal dining room table can comfortable seat six, a high chair will be provided for your little ones; The family room.

Is an informal open plan living area leading to the kitchen and is galleried from above. The living area is ideal to relax with the family, and to enjoy cable TV or a DVD. The patio doors give full view of the pool and spa and extended lanai which host table and chairs to eat alfresco style.

The kitchen has an informal breakfast area that seats four and again high chair is provided for your little ones, there is also patio doors which lead to the pool

Emerald Island is surrounded by a conservation area and encompasses over 300 acres with 11 heavily wooded acres right in the middle of the community. As you pass through the 24 hour guarded gatehouse the playful dolphin fountains welcome you to this unique resort. This excellent location is less than 3 miles to Walt Disney World. Seaworld and Universal Studios are only a short drive away. There are a number of golf courses in the area, Magic Dunes is just 2 minutes away. For shopping there is the excellent Florida Mall, or the exclusive Millenia Mall plus many more. Downtown Disney provides shops, restaurants and a multiplex cinema. Closer to home there are shops, a supermarket and many restaurants ( to suit all tastes and budgets) all less than a mile from Emerald Island.

The villa was to a very high specification and met every home comfort with the addition of a pool and Jacuzzi. For larger families the accommodation allowed for individuals to be separate from other family members while still being inside the villa itself. There was no arguments about what to watch on telly as every room had its own TV and enough bathrooms to ease the congestion of the morning rush. Emerald Island is also close to all important amenities such as supermarkets a 24hr pharmacy and plenty of good places to eat out. We have been to Florida on four other occasions and stayed in many different types of accommodation but this has to be tops for us for convenience comfort luxury and space. After a hot day walking around the parks it was really nice to come back and swim in a warm pool and soak away aches and pains in the hot jacuzzi. Overall you would be hard pushed to find better family accomodation with luxury and space included. Try it for yourselves.

 

 Amazing Villa, October 24, 2007

Hi Nikki and Bill Our family have just returned from Orlando and we would like to thank you for allowing us to use your amazing villa. 8 adults and 4 children we knew we needed something special to survive 2 weeks under 1 roof and the excitement of Disney. What can we say. The welcome pack on arrival was so appreciated. The villa had every luxury and more. We couldn't find a fault. Everything that you could want was there. From the baby cot to the baby chair, the stroller, even towels to use around the pool. And what money can't buy. SPACE. My husband and i loved it so much we sent them all packing one day just to enjoy the surroundings. It was so peacefull and private (villas either side not rented out). We lounged by the pool and watched Herons walking on the lawns on the other side of the pool screens and saw a variety of wildlife in the area at the back of the villa. Everyone has a good time at Disney but not everyone has the complete package. What made that for us was your wonderful villa. We shall definitely return. Kind regards The Henstridge Family

We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at the Emerald Sunset. However the week went by too quickly! Villa was as described and more. Plenty of room for three families and lots for the kids to do. Will definitely plan to return next time we go to Florida.
