Beautiful villa with private pool, fully fenced for complete privacy and set amongst flowering bushes and fruit trees. You are welcome to pick any fruit that is ripe, oranges, tangerines, grapefruit, lemons and bananas. The pool deck has recently been enlarged for our guests further comfort. In a quiet and secluded area but only about 5 miles from Disneyworld and close to several golf courses and shopping malls.

We offer completely free use of telephone, local, long distance and international calls are all free of charge (with the exception of non-US mobile phones).
Also free wireless internet access with your own laptop.
This home is particularly suitable for longer term rentals as we use it a lot ourselves and have added extras for our own use which benefit our guests. This is a real home and not just a basic holiday rental.

Lindfields is a very secluded area but is within 5 miles of Disneyworld and is ideally situated for all the other local attractions. There are supermarkets, golf courses and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
It also an easy drive to both the Gulf and Atlantic Coasts.

• Lodging Tax: 13% will be added to price
   
• Deposits: $250 per week or part week booked. A refundable Security Deposit will be payable with final payment. This will be refunded within 2 weeks subject to a satisfactory report by our Management Company.
   
• Other Fees: Booking for less than 5 nights will incur a cleaning charge of $75. Solar pool heating is free of charge but optional electric heating is charged at $120 per week.
