The south facing proximity of the pool and deck area guarantees Florida sunshine throughout the day for 12 months of the year. It gives a feeling of tranquility and peace, as well as a high degree of privacy . This luxury vacation home has been furnished throughout by professional to the very highest standards and is beautifully decorated. The house is fully equipped with all the amenities of your own home and with everything we could need ourselves. The villa has computer with high speed internet, cable Tvs, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, bed linens and towels, and more. The home has security system for your safe stay. We use a highly recommended Management Company with friendly, 24-hour support for our guests
Our villa is located on the peaceful Cresent Lakes Community in Kissimmee. It is an ideal location for all of the top attractions. It is approximately 15 minutes away from Disney World main gate and approximately 25 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport. The Florida shopping mall is just 25 minutes drive and there are other numerous shopping outlets, all within easy reach. You will be spoiled for choice! There are good supermarket/takeaway facilities within 5 minutes, and a massive Wal*mart within 10 minutes. The property is approximately three and half miles south of the US192. As such it is ideally located for all of Orlandos attractions, shopping areas, restaurants, golf courses and within easy reach of the Interstate 4.
