Our home is a modern, fully air conditioned, non-smoking, 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom ranch home , located in a cul-de-sac in the exclusive enclave area at Emerald Island Resort. The house is approximately 3300 square feet including the game room. The extra large lot allows for conservation views and lots of privacy.

There are two master bedrooms with king-size beds, and two master bedrooms with queen-size beds. The king-size master bedrooms and the queen-size master bedrooms each have its own bathroom. The king-size bathrooms have an oversized soaking tub and a large walk-in stall shower.

The queen-size bathrooms have a tub with a shower. In addition, there are two twin-size bedrooms. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub and shower. For your comfort, all the beds have upgraded mattresses. All the bedrooms have TV's and clock radios. The large family room has a sofa sleeper. All the bedrooms and the family room have ceiling fans.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils, and breakfast nook. There is also a separate dining room. A full-size washer and dryer are provided for your convenience. All linens and towels are also provided.

The air conditioned game room has a pool table, a foosball table, electronic darts, an assortment of board games, books, puzzles, and Legos. There is a Play Station 2 in the family room. There are 3 DVD players with a nice selection of DVD movies, and a VCR for your viewing enjoyment.

For the babies, there are two strollers, one pack 'n play crib, and one high chair.

The 15 foot by 30 foot pool and spa have an oversized deck with a covered lanai, lots of lounge chairs, and two tables. There is a child safety fence around the pool. The pool and deck are fully screened. Pool heat is optional at $35 per day.

The house is located less than three miles to Disney, and there are many attractions, shopping, and restaurants close by. The Emerald Island Resort offers an array of complimentary amenities, which are available to our guests.

The 4000 square foot clubhouse has a fitness center, volleyball and tennis courts, a sauna, computer access to the Internet, a heated community pool and spa, video games room, a children's play area, and Tiki Hut. The clubhouse is very near a trail for walking, jogging or biking, which winds through the community's natural woodland setting.

Stays less than 7 nights: $125 cleaning fee. Pool heat: $35/day. Deposit Amount: $250. Balance is due 30 days before arrival. Security deposit $500 due 30 days before arrival (fully refundable after inspection). You may also buy damage insurance for $39 fee and skip the deposit.

All stays past 7 nights beginning on the 8th night will get a 5% discount off the nightly rate. The longer you stay, the more you save.

Emerald Island Resort is just 3 miles from Disney World. We are one mile from Irlo Bronson Highway (route 192)with all of its restaurants,such as Outback, Carrabas,IHOP. A nearby supermarket, miniature golf, and all the other Theme Park attractions are nearby. We are also close to golf courses.

We rented this home in May. The house was very spacious! There were nine adults and three kids, one of which was an infant. All adults were able to have their own room and bathroom. I love how this house was set up into four wings. The first being right as you come in to the right with one king bedroom and a very large bathroom. Then, own down on the right there's another king suite. In the middle of the house is the dining room, eat in kitchen and living room (these rooms were very spacious also.) To the left of the eat in area of the kitchen is another wing with two twin bedrooms and a shared bathroom at the end of the hall. On the front by the garage/play room, there were two queen size bedrooms with a full size bathroom. We spent seven nights and never felt like we were under one another. Oh, also, the pool was very nice. It was very private. We will surely rent this home again in the future (or when we can afford to go back to disney whoo! )

Our family stayed in this villa with 9 adults and 2 children and we all had a great experience. The villa was exactly as pictured. Plenty big enough for all of us to live comfortably with plenty of room. We enjoyed the pool and eating out on the lanai, which had lots of privacy. We recommend this villa for a great vacation and rate it as A+!
