Each property has been carefully designed for your rental needs by the owner complete with comfortable furnishings. As the property manager, we live less than 30 minutes away from any property and believe it is our honor to assist you during your stay.

If you would like to reserve one of our rental homes, email us with your dates and number of guests. We will respond within 24 hours (normally less!) with the home we have available which suits your needs.

Payment: $100.00 will confirm your reservation and put the home requested in your name for your dates. The remaining balance plus applicable security deposit and a $25 booking fee is 60 days prior to arrival. Any reservations made within 60 days of arrival, require payment in full.

Required Stay: 3-Night Minimum Stay; During Holidays: 7-Night Minimum Stay
Lodging Tax: 13% Sales & Resort Tax
Deposits: $100.00 will confirm your reservation and put the home requested in your name for your dates. The remaining balance plus applicable security deposit and a $25 booking fee is 60 days prior to arrival. Any reservations made within 60 days of arrival, require payment in full. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Amex. Paypal (US$, Canadian and UK payments) also accepted (3% processing fee)
Other Fees: ***Any Reservations made less than 60 days prior to arrival require payment in full.*** According to our booking policy, deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations less than 60 days prior to check in date, the guest will forfeit the full cost of their reservation. Travel Insurance is highly recommended.

Wonderful STAY, March 22, 2006

This is a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone and just a short drive to all the parks. I took my daughter here for her sweet sixteen birthday and 3 other teens. We all enjoyed this home and hope to someday return with other friends and family as there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Thanks Barbara for having us. Kay
