Florida Escapes, Inc. specializes in 3, 4 and 5 bedroom vacation homes. All fully furnished to a high standard, all with a private screened in pool, some with Spa, for your own personal use. Let us know what you need and we can e-mail photos and info on the home available for your dates.

The homes are all located close to Disney/Orlando/Kissimmee and the Central Florida attractions.

Homes located 5 minutes to Disney: Indian Creek - 5 bedroom 4 bath private pool home.
10 mins to Disney - Villas a Laguna Bay - 3 bedroom, 2 bath private condo with resort amenities. All amenities are included in your stay.
10 mins to Disney - Cumbrian Lakes, a gated community, 3 bedroom 2 bath pool.
15 minutes to Disney - Crescent Lakes, 3 and 4 Bedroom pool homes on large private lots.

All rates include a professional clean before and after your stay. Tax is INCLUDED in the below listed rates.

The pictures on this site are just a sample of our homes. We can E-mail you information on a home together with photos of the property available for your dates. E-mail Barbara whom can match up an available home to your vacation needs, location, facilities and budget - She will need:

1. Your dates to check availability.
2. 3,4, 5 or 6 Bedroom and location preference.
3. Give her your daytime telephone number and she will be happy to call you.

Please note the calendar is updated only when all homes are full booked. There is a good chance we have a home available for your dates.

Our homes are all privately owned and individually furnished, having different bed layouts.

BBQs, baby items (crib, highchair, etc) are available.

Welcome Food Packs also available.

All of our homes are professionally managed to a high standard. Our business is based on satisfied clients, largely repeat bookings, often to the same house and many referrals.

Payment: 20% deposit will confirm your reservation and put the property requested in your name for your dates. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discover.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Plenty of room for everyone and just a short drive to all the parks. I took my daughter here for her sweet sixteen birthday and 3 other teens. We all enjoyed this home and hope to someday return with other friends and family as there is plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Thanks Barbara for having us. Kay
