Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental

FEEDBACK speaks for itself. GAMES ROOM, INTERNET, wildlife lake location, on GOLF Course'Remington'. Spacious home, situated in the fabulous 4 star Remington GOLF Course gated community.
Orlando International Airport is 20 minutes away. The Disney Parks are only 15/20 minutes drive away.
Access to the Florida Turnpike is minutes away.
There are books, a few toys, pool toys and floatation aids, a DVD player, 2 cable TVs, CRIB and HIGHCHAIR.
The furniture and appliances are all new. It is beautifully decorated. You'll feel so at home here....
There is a COVERED AREA (lanai) by the POOL as well as plenty of sunbathing terrace next to the pool - south facing.
Inside you'll find two luxurious lounge areas. One being a TV lounge, the other being the dining / lounge area. There is a queen sized sofa bed. The furniture is wood and marble.
Downstairs you will also find the master bedroom with an enormous en-suite, double shower, bath and two basins - 1 KING SIZE bed and plenty of storage space. This room over looks the pool.
Upstairs you'll find 1 QUEEN SIZE bed ensuite room, and two twin bedded rooms. There is a family bathroom. (Extra sleeping space could be provided on the QUEEN SIZE BED SETTEE in the front lounge).
There is air conditioning, a fully fitted kitchen and a phone with FREE LOCAL TELEPHONE CALLS.
CABLE TV. All linens and towels are provided.
Off road parking for 2 cars.

The private pool is screened and provided with plenty of loungers, chairs and a table. The view from the pool is over a wildlife lake - really peaceful.

We have put together a local information brochure that you will find at the house. There are details of places to go, maps to local amenities and other general information.
