Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental
Located on the fantastic new resort-style secure gated community of Windsor Palms just 3 miles from the entrance to Disney World & 1 mile from the shops & restaurants of the Splendid China area of the US192.
All Windsor Palms resort amenities are free to our guests which include 58 seat cinema, fitness centre, Olympic size pool, whirlpool & spa, tennis & basketball courts, playground and much more?
Privately owned 4-bedroom 2-bathroom executive home with private swimming pool and full air-conditioning. Our villa is decorated and furnished to a high standard and can offer accommodation for up to 10 people.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, cable TV/VCR, walk in closet and its own spacious en-suite bathroom with twin vanity basins, bath tub and shower.
The second bedroom with full size double bed, cable TV/VCR, walk in closet and is adjacent to the Disney themed bathroom.
The kids will love the themed bunk-bed room with playstation 2 & games, TV/VCR, plus a huge beanbag. This room also has a walk in closet.
The fourth bedroom has twin beds to suit adults or children and a walk in closet.
The open plan lounge/dining area has cable TV, VCR, DVD, Stereo and can provide extra sleeping with a queen sofa bed.
The fully equipped kitchen is complete with self-cleaning range cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, waste disposal unit & breakfast area. All utensils are provided.
In the utility area there is a full size washing machine, tumble dryer & ironing board.
In the double garage there is a pool table and table tennis plus space for parking.
For you convenience the garage door has electronic remote control.
Outside by the pool we have sun loungers, table & chairs along with many pool toys and inflatables. With child safety in mind we have an alarm on the pool door.
