Vacation Rental Description

Our home is a three bedroom pool home - fully equiped -located in the desirable Chatham Park subdivision. With a southerly facing backyard you can relax in the private pool and catch some rays anytime of the day. Situated in a nice quiet setting neighboring the park that offers a children's playground, tennis and basketball courts. Even though you seem removed from the hustle and bustle of the Disney area, you are just minutes away from all of the attractions, golfing, recreation, shopping, entertainment, nightlife and every type of restaurant you could think of.

Area Description

Chatham Park is located just 2 miles from US Route 192, otherwise known as the "Heart of the Disney Resort Area". Here you will find plenty of shopping, dining and entertainment. Disney Theme parks are only 7 miles away.
The beautiful city of Orlando is just a short drive away and don't forget about Universal Studios, Sea World, and Silver Springs , "nature's theme park",- the home of the glass-bottom boat.
If you want to spend a day at the beach, Cocoa Beach is only 45 minutes away, plus don't forget about Kennedy Space Center. If you'd rather visit the Gulf of Mexico, then head west for some of the most beautiful beaches in the world, a little longer drive but worth it. Tampa is only 75 miles away.
You never run out of things to do in Central Florida. Try some bass fishing on Lake Tohopekaliga, where the 2006 Bassmaster Classic Tournament took place. Try some snorkeling in the fresh springs in one of the state parks. Spend a day golfing, the area is a golfer's paradise.
Definitely, don't leave Florida without seeing some gators! Take a drive to an Old Florida theme park, and preserve - Gatorland - only 8 miles away, featuring Gator Wrestlin' and the famous Gator Jumparoo
