DISNEY'S BACKYARD FAMILY HOME (#2491)

We stayed due to the price was right. We made a good choice. First the kids loved the pool, so did i. Secondly everyone had their own room, the wife and i had our privacy in a master bedroom with a full bath. NIce!! We saved money by making our own meals and we got up when we felt like it, instead of trying to make it to a lobby before breakfast has ended. It was nice to come to a home after a long day in the parks and lounge around most of the day prior to goinng to the parks. I Highly recommend this for anyone, especially famalies it's a money saver. The stay made us seriously thinking of making Florida our new home. This vacation home is in a very quiet neighborhood, with easy access to places of interest - less than 20 minutes from Disney World, and even closer to Animal Kingdom! (about 10 mins.) The supermarket, shopping and eating places are also within easy and quick access. The house is very comfortable, and clean! There is a pool, and most household appliances are available for use, dishwasher, microwave, stove, TV/VCR, all in great condition. There is also free wireless internet access. The neighborhood is very quiet, and the yard is well kept. This is a great vacation home for a family looking to have an enjoyable time in the area with easy access to the various theme parks, and shopping, and who would also appreciate relaxing in a very quiet and comfortable setting. Great vacation home!! My family enjoyed this home very much. Nice enough to feel comfortable but not so lavish you could not enjoy yourself. We would rent this home again in a heartbeat, the only thing i would do different is rent it for longer than 4 days. Eccleston Family Mass We can't say enough great things about our stay at this house! It was plenty big enough for our family of 5. Everything we could need we found there. It was so nice to get back after a long day at the theme parks and be able to relax in the pool. Having the kitchen really saved money on going out to eat. What a treat to not have to get three kids up and out the door for breakfast. Being able to do laundry made packing much easier too. It was a very clean and quiet neighborhood and Walmart is minutes away. Can't wait to come back next year. Everything at our vacation home was very nice. Clean - Quiet - Homey. The pool was great. The living room could have used a chair. I had to bring the chairs from the patio inside when we had company. The phone kept ringing with tele-marketers. After a while I stopped answering it. Overall great stay. The location was not bad, it was about 10 minutes from the parks. It was close to shopping. Although they were doing construction on the road leading in and out of the house. The house was dirty. The carpet had stains. The masterbed was very uncomfortable and very squeaky. When you would move it would squeak, it sounded if you were rolling around on plastic. The mattress was wore out. The second bedroom mattress was the same. The pool furniture was disgusting. While we were there the pool chairs were replaced, but the table needed to be also. We cleaned up the molded plastic rafts laying around. There was no port a crib, so I had to call the owner and ask to get one. There is only one couch in the living room, so we had to use the pool chairs. There are 5 remotes but only one works to the tv. The tub in the hall would fill up with water to your ankles while taking a shower. Overall the house needs alot of repairs. I felt like I was in a run down home. The owner was nice on the phone. MASTERBEDROOM BED SHOT NOT ENOUGH TOWELLS LIGHT IN MASRE CLOSEST BURNED OUT FIREDETECTOR HANGING DOWN NO BARBEQUE PIT NOT ENOUGH SETTING FOR 6 ADULTS IN LIVING ROOM My family had the best of times at this property. Everyday was a splendid treat to get up and jump into the pool or prepare a delightful breakfast in the totally laid out kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and the living room as well. It was great to have a garage to park our vehicle overnight. The owner called to check on our accomodations, which is always a plus in our book. Many thanks! This home was exactly as you see it in the photos. All the appliances are in great condition. There was a BBQ grill on the premises as well. What an added bonus! It took no time to get to the amusement parks and Walmart was right around the corner, making for easy acess to shopping for needed supplies.
