Our privately owned vacation home rental in Kissimmee was completed in August 2006. It is located in the premier resort community of Trafalgar Village. A new upscale-gated community based around luscious woodland and lakes with all the amenities of a five star resort. It is just 15 minutes from Disney World, and 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport. This beautiful Florida vacation home with a spacious area of 2575 square feet, has been tastefully furnished with high standard. Fully air-conditioned one floor home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, living room, dinning room, kitchen, lanai, and a relaxing private heated pool and spa on the backyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped, washer & dryer, and linens & towels are also provided for your convenience. All bedrooms have their own TVs with cable access. The home also has high speed internet access.

The Trafalgar Village, a new and upscale-gated resort community in Kissimmee, has all the attractions for an unforgettable family vacation. The Clubhouse has a large communal pool & spa, snack bar, fully equipped gym, pool tables, and a 48 seats movie theatre. It is also internet-enabled witha a wireless system and computers are available as well. By summer of 2007 there will be a scuba diving lake and beach. A boating/fishing lake and a selection of shops will closely follow this.
It is strategically located in the heart of Central Florida with shopping opportunities, several outlet malls, downtown shops, and restaurants close by.
