Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental

Our professionally decorated 5 bedroom, 3 bath single story vacation home will surpass anyone?s needs, dreams or expectations. The kitchen is fully equipped with ice maker, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and all the utensils to make your vacation a home away from home. There are 2 living areas with 2 leather sofas in one and large sofa and 2 seater in the other area,with a flat screen tv/dvd

The home features 2 master bedrooms. The larger master bedroom has a king-sized bed, television, an ensuite bath with Roman tub, separate shower and walk-in closet. The other master bedroom has a queen bed, television and ensuite bath. Two other bedrooms have 2 twin beds each, and the fifth bedroom has a double bed. The extra high ceilings and large windows make the home light, bright and airy.
Extensive ceramic tile in all the main living areas accentuates this clean and spacious feeling. The furniture and accessories will make you feel pampered in luxury. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room. There is a washer & dryer complete with iron & ironing board. The lovely screened pool with spillover spa (heating extra) has plenty of patio seating and lots of extra decking.There is also a games room with pool table,air ice hockey and table soccer.
This home has internet access.
This home includes complete access to the numerous amenities of the Lake Berkley Resort Clubhouse, including its game room,pool tables, video arcade, fitness center, tennis courts, park, playground, community pool, etc.
For your comfort this is a non-smoking environment.

We had a wonderfull stay at the villa. It did meet all of our expectations and even more. The swimmingpool was great, the kids realy enjoyed it. The house was clean an spacious with all necessary accomodation. The villa was extremely good location, near to seaworld, universal and kennedy space center. We realy had the time of our life; This was our best holidy ever!

Lovely, with lots of space. My family of 10, including 3 children enjoyed our Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook our turkey dinner. We would definitely recommend staying here. The neighborhood is upscale with 24 hr security. Also, very close to Disney theme parks.

in the past our vacations were spent at either a hotel or a friends home. this home was by far the best experience. it offered everything we wanted and more. we hope that we can stay at this home in the future. thank you jerry&mary sibincic, p.s. we never could find the remote control for the master bedroom t.v. and the ceiling fan in one of the twin bed rooms would not turn off.
