This fabulous villa offers excellent, air-conditioned accommodation in one of the closest, private resorts to Disney. So close to Disney, you can return in the middle of the day and take a dip in your own pool area or a rest before revisiting the theme parks. It sleeps eight people in one suite, one large bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with shared bathroom.
This villa is the perfect vacation retreat for both adults and children. Relax inside the tastefully decorated air-conditioned living areas or take a refreshing dip in the private pool
Rolling Hills is situated just past mile marker five on Highway 192 on the Formosa Gardens Estates. It is a quiet and peaceful location, where you can rest away from the hustle and bustle of all the attractions of Orlando. It is close to three supermarkets as well as a wide choice of restaurants, take-away and shops. Other attractions are a short drive away along Interstate 4, including Universal Studios, Sea World, and International Drive, as well as shopping malls such as Belz and Premium Outlet Village.
Situated in central Florida, it is within an hour 's drive of both the East coast, with Cape Kennedy and Daytona Beach, or the West coast with Tampa and Busch Gardens.

Me and my family have spent 11 days at the end of febuary, the house location is perfect to go around the region and Disney in general. The house is very well kept and above all, the management has helped us in different ways and was always available to improve our stay. We stayted in November for 2 weeks. We had a great time. We loved the pool area. Very nice home and our kids had a great time.
