This fabulous villa offers excellent, air-conditioned accommodation in one of the closest, private resorts to Disney. So close to Disney, you can return in the middle of the day and take a dip in your own pool area or a rest before revisiting the theme parks. It sleeps eight people in one suite, one large bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with shared bathroom.
This villa is the perfect vacation retreat for both adults and children. Relax inside the tastefully decorated air-conditioned living areas or take a refreshing dip in the private pool
Rolling Hills is situated just past mile marker five on Highway 192 on the Formosa Gardens Estates. It is a quiet and peaceful location, where you can rest away from the hustle and bustle of all the attractions of Orlando. It is close to three supermarkets as well as a wide choice of restaurants, take-away and shops. Other attractions are a short drive away along Interstate 4, including Universal Studios, Sea World, and International Drive, as well as shopping malls such as Belz and Premium Outlet Village.
Situated in central Florida, it is within an hour 's drive of both the East coast, with Cape Kennedy and Daytona Beach, or the West coast with Tampa and Busch Gardens.
The villa has an open-plan living area. Leading off the kitchen is a utility room. The villa has master suite bedrooms and one large bedroom with a queen bed and 2 two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The villa has its own private, screened pool, surrounded by a large patio area, complete with pool furniture. Awesome time!

We couldn't have been happier with this home. Birgit is a wonderful person who is willing to go to great lengths in order to ensure your time is perfect. My three kids, husband and I did not want to leave! The house was in lovely condition, spacious, welcoming and very "homey". Its central location was perfect..5 minutes to Disney? Doesn't get any better. We shopped alot at the Winn Dixie on the corner - what a lovely little store! Walmart was a bit of a drive, but the endless souvenier shops were enough to keep us busy on our days off! DO NOT get Disney tickets from the endless people who offer them for cheap - get them from Kissimmee Guest Services and mention Tropical Escape at booking...you'll be glad you did!! Thank you SO much for re-uniting us as a famiy B; we look forward to seeing you again very soon! Make sure no one hurts the house, its a part of us now!! : )

Disney trip with Grammy and Papa

We had a wonderful week in this home. The close proximity to the parks was its best feature. My boys enjoyed the pool and there was plenty of room for all 7 of us! Baby Ian slept very soundly in his own dark and quiet room (master closet). The company was very easy to work with and flexible with check in and check out times. We did a fair amount of eating in, so we were missing a few simple necessities in the kitchen. Also, we would have liked some wash cloths. Over all a great stay and family vacation!

My stay did go two days into the New Year, 2K10. The Villa was comfortable and close to the locations that we wanted to visit so it satisfied our needs completely. We enjoyed our stay there, even though we did not spent much time in the Villa. I will recommend it to anyone wishing a similar experience.

A Thanksgiving Delight

We enjoyed a week during Thanksgiving and had a great time. Looked forward to relaxing in the heated pool in the morning before heading out to Disney (which was right down the street)Location was excellent, the house was well maintained and offered a safe neighborhood. Only regret?.....we couldn't stay longer!!!
