Shopping Area & Restaurants
Shopping at Outlets, Kissimmee Loop and the Florida Mall are all minutes away, March is Spring Training and Kissimmee is summer camp for the Houston Astros and the Atlanta Braves. The Cleveland Indians are 5 hours away in Winter Haven and the Detroit Tigers are 45 minutes away in Lakeland. Catch many of the PGA and LPGA tournaments during the 'Florida Swing . The Daytona 500 is an easy drive about 1 hour away, and the Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach is a little over 1 hour drive away.
Formosa Gardens Mall (1 and half miles)
Just on the highway 192, Formosa Gardens Mall has a very well stocked Winn Dixie supermarket and a number of excellent restaurants.
There are several great restaurants without even having to go into highway traffic. Some of the great restaurants in the area are Red Lobster, TGI Friday's, Outback Steak House, Giordano 's ' Pizza, Carraba 's Italian Cuisine, Subway, the old country store -- Cracker Barrel and Dairy Queen for ice cream funs.
There is also a full service grocery store with a deli, and urgent care facility and a Walgreen 's Drug store in the same area

Kissimmee is in Osceola County which has many courses, some of the best are close to our villa.

Champion's Gate Golf Club(less than 10 minutes drive)
Designed by Greg Norman. The national is an impressive American style course in the best traditions of modern U.S. golf course design. The International provides the style familiar to those who have played the great old courses of Scotland and Ireland. It boasts the highest course rating in the state of Florida at 76.3.
Celebration Golf Club (Less than 10 minute drive)

This house is just as beautiful as it looks, and it was more than ample room for our family and the other family that stayed with us. All the furniture is comfortable, the pool is a nice size, and the hot tub is comfortable and easy to operate. Another reviewer mentioned the house is kind of scarce on utensils. We found this to be true, and we also found there weren't enough spoons to go around. May want to invest in some plastic ware for eating, and if you're partial to certain kinds of cooking utensils, maybe bring those along as well. The spatula wasn't great, and there are no regular kitchen tongs. Otherwise, there is a nice selection of dishes in the kitchen, including some mouse-themed ones and sippy cups/toddler spoons for families with wee ones. Nice touch. We had a few hitches with getting in the house (wireless was down at first, light burnt out in a bathroom), but we called the property manager and those issues were handled immediately. Neighborhood is great, customer service is great, home is beautiful, and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely stay in this home again.

Even though we saw all the pictures for this beautiful home, we were totally amazed when we arrived. It was perfect, as was the community. Our family had a wonderful time and took in many of the nearby attractions. The owners were great to deal with and everything was as promised.

We loved the house, really easy to find, close to disney, close to target and publix. I went with my 2 married daughters, their husbands and the 6 grandkids. It was great, decorated beautiful, but not so fancy we had to fear for the kids. Tvs in every room with dvd. Playstation downstairs. Really great kitchen. nice big refrigerator. Separate laundry convenient to keep things neat. Will gladly return. We all loved it and hated to leave.

This home is exquisite, well cared for, comfortable, and well equiped. The children loved the playground beside the home along with the larger playground a block away! We all enjoyed the pool on our days off of Disney. The drive to Disney is a very short 15minutes. We would definitely stay here again if it is available.

Great accomadations. Was exactly as described. Beautifully decorated. Kitchen was lacking a few of the necessary cooking utencils. Overall this home is Fantastic. Highly recommended!!

The home was excellent for the whole family. We went with both sets of Grandparents and there was lots of space and privacy for everyone. This house is minutes from anything you'd need and 7 minutes away from Disney. The kids rooms are perfect and the game room and pool were great for the days that we relaxed at the house.

I took 8 other members of my sales team to Orlando for a show. We opted to stay in this house vs standard hotel rooms. It is beatifully layed out and very spacious for 9 guys.....and none of us are small! We will return next trip. The hot tub was a welcome relief to busy days!

This home was perfect for a family gathering with 6 bedrooms! Our granddaughters screamed with delight over the Princess bedroom... It was very easy to get to the parks...and we all agreed that it was actually as quick to get to as "staying on property". We were surprised that laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, paper towels, plastic bags for garbage was not furnished atleast in small amounts.....Did have very limited soap and toilet paper. A toaster would have been better and quicker than the toaster oven that was furnished. That being said, IT WAS A GREAT HOME and we look forward to returning!

We went with a total of 4 couples who were running the Goofy races. The property is close to Disney and has lots of restaurants nearby. We will definitely stay at this property again. The only negative was that we paid for the pool/hot tub to be heated but it was only slightly warm. Everything was awesome!

We had a wonderful stay in on this property. The location was fantastic and so close to Disney! Perfect retreat after a long day at the parks. Lacking a few supplies however. Could have used more towels and basic supplies such as toilet paper and soap upon arrival. The jacuzzi and BBQ were not working properly. Owner needs to spend a bit of money on supplies and it will be the perfect vacation home.

We rented Dreams Unlimited located in Windsor Hills, Kissimmee, FL the week of 12/26/09-1/1/10. The unit was very nice and had no major issues. The coffee pot quit working after the 1st day, but VillaDirect service had a replacement to us in no time. The game room could use a couple throw rugs or something to dampen echoes. The Air Hockey table did not keep score, and several of the pool cues needed the tips to be reglued but was very nice otherwise. The location, facility, and all amenities were all excellent. The kids loved the pool, play grounds and common areas. Everyone was comfortable in the home. Location of the property is 5 Star plus, very easy to get to parks, groceries, and all other needed services or goods. What an awesome vacation - we would definitely recommend Villa Direct and Windsor Hills to all our friends. Thanks for a great vacation.

This was our first time renting a house and I can say that it was a great expierence. There were 6 adults and 8 kids and we all fit perfectly. The location was great for the theme parks as wells as for the beaches. The house pool was the kids favorite as they would jump in the moment they woke up! My one note of advice would be to bring your own pillow!!

The house had plenty of room for our teenagers and young daughter. She loved the Cinderella room. The kids looked forward to going there after long days at Disneyworld. Pool table and pool were a hit after all the walking. I would recommend it.

We stayed in this awesome house with three other families while attending a cheerleading competition at Disney World/Wide World of Sports. What a great alternative to staying in a crowded hotel room! We have been attending the same competition for 5 years now and paid double the price for a single room at a moderate priced Disney Resort the previous 4 years. The house was as advertised! New, clean, beautifully furnished and all the comforts of home! I would highly recommend this to anyone visting Disney with a large extended family or any groups of families that may be attending events at the Wide World of Sports. All I have to say is we will do "same time-same PLACE" next year!

Our stay in Windsor Hills was absolutely fantastic. The house was immaculate and perfect for our needs. If the weather had been a little warmer we would have made use of the clubhouse amenities as well. Maybe next time-and we will definately be back!
