Description of the Kissimmee vacation home rental

Vista Del Lago Lake side resort is close to everything, yet in a quiet, friendly, 24 hour secured, gated community.

Million Dollar clubhouse located close to the house(2 or 3 minute walk). Parking available for those who don't want to walk. Three pools (two are heated),(one pool with disable access), two whirlpools, a kiddie pool, a kids playground, shuffle board, fishing, planned activities, fitness center, tennis court, volleyball, racketball ect. all free to visitors of the community.

Living room has a queen sized sofabed, double reclining sofa, a 50" flat screen Plasma TV, DVD and stereo with cd player.

Kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, stove, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, coffeemaker, ect.
Dining room seats 8 and breakfast bar can seat 2 more.

Three bedrooms. Master has queen bed, walk-in closet, 50" flat screen Plasma TV. 2nd bedroom has queen size bed and 32" flat screen TV. 3rd bedroom has a full size bed and 19" TV. All bedrooms have dvd players too.

Screened porch with patio set seats 6. Smoking is permitted in screened porch only.

Washer and Dryer

Located on highway 192 and 3 miles west of route 4.

Less than 5 minutes from the Disney Parks.

Universal Studio in 25 minutes.

Seaworld -15 minutes

Wet-n-wild -15 minutes

Restaurants, outlets, waterskiing, helicopter rides, golf, theme parks, theatre, horseback riding are all minutes away.

Terry was pleasant and helpful at booking. The place is very nicely decorated in tropical style. Lots of space, can sleep 8. Huge dinning table and two bathrooms. Lots of large flat screen tv's that my son loved! Shaded parking for the car. Site manager was professional. Kitchen sinks are small but appliances were great. Never made it to the pools. Large supermarket and 24 hr drug store nearby. Fifteen minutes to Disney theme parks. Almost everything in the home is new. Very comfortable... we called it home and would definitely go again! Will tell friends too.

Although the unit itself was not much to look at from the outside, it did have everthing we needed on the inside. The bedrooms were a good size and the TV's were awesome. The 2 bathrooms were good too. All appliances with the exception of the Washer/Dryer appeared to be new and worked well. The gate personnel were friendly and easy to talk to. The pools were kept clean and they were warm. I cant rate my experience as a 5 star because upon our arrival the bed sheets for the master and all towels for the bathroom were still in the dirty hamper and needed to be washed and the dishwasher was full. Although this is not a big deal they should have had all laundry done and the the dishwasher emptied for the next guests. If we return to the Orlando area we would consider staying here again in the future.

Unit was located in quiet, gated community, only a few miles from Disney. Plenty of space, everything on the inside of the unit was new and in excellent shape. No yard to speak of, but there are three shared pools within the community.
