We inquired on this property and it was unavailable. The property manager (Marcy) found us an even larger home for less money than I anticipated this one to be. The home we stayed in was wonderful. It was clean, large and a beautiful outdoor setup. We do Disney at least once a year and this is the best value we have found thus far. It was great we all had our own space to relax, and my children loved having our own pool and not having to walk to a community pool. I would highly recommend the property and the property managers of these homes! Thanks for the great stay we look forward to doing business again! RLO

we stayed at nemos retreat. the house was lovely,very clean and in order. the pool was very enjoyable-really clean, we thought somthing was wrong with the (hot tub), it turns out down south they have spas-just bubbles. we did have an issue with a broken water pipe in the laundry room, but with a phone call it was taken care of quickly. all in all it was very nice. and I would recommend for anyone to stay there. if I ever get back to florida I would use you again.

We Found Villa To Be Just As Advertised.when We Arrived Temps. Were In The Upper 100's So With Inside Temp Set At 84 It Was Still A Little Warm,but Afther Calling Manager Of Villa They Arrived In Minutes And Cheked For Any Further Issues. The House Was Great It Was Convient To Everything .having A Private Pool Was One Of The Most Convenient Perks,whentemps Rose We Could Relax In Our Covered Pool Even In The Heat Of Day And Relax During Cool Of Night.the Unit Was Comfortable For Space Also With Two Teenage Girls And 4 Adults We Never Had Problems Of Not Enough Space. With Game Tables Availble We Stayed Busy And Rest When Wanted. 'good Rental"

If there were more than 5 stars to select I sure would pick them. Marcy was the best from booking to while we were there. The place was so comfortable and inviting. After arrival when we tried to use the bbq we noticed one burner was not working and the other one was limited. I emailed Marcy to advise, indicating that we could handle the one burner but just wanted her to know. When we returned from a park that evening, there was a new bbq in the backyard. They sure take care of their guests and are available if any problems arise. I take no hesitation in recommending this place or any other place Heavenly Holiday Homes manage. Thank you for a most memorable holiday and we are sure to return next year.

We really enjoyed the house. The layout is great - master & ensuite on one side, 3 bedrooms on the other. The pool area was lovely & very private. The pool was not heated when we arrived & the phone didn't work but we managed to get a hold of the property mgmt & they came out as soon as they could & were very courteous. I would definitely rent this house again.

Very nice home! Beautifully decorated and very clean! We loved the big pool. We even got to see a family of Armadillos in the back yard, we dont get to see them in ohio. This house was extremely nice, and as advertised. Very easy to get to and to get to attractions. Pool was great after a long day at Universal. Well equipped for light cooking close to stores and restaurants. Only down thing was a bunch of small ants trying to share our food.

This Was A Great Home. We Couldn't Of Asked For Anything Better. It's In A Great Location Just Far Enough Away, But Not To Far. This Place Has All The Comforts Of Home And Then Some. Master Bedroom And Bath Were The Right Size, With A Very Comfortable Bed. Pool Was Awesome, We Spent As Much Time As We Could In It.. Game Room Was Nice We Didn't Spend Much Time There ( To Hot ). You Have Everyting You Need, Kids Have Separate Bedrooms One Even Has Video Games In It. Theres A Breakfast Nook, And A Separate Dinning Room. We Saved A Lot Of Money By Eating In Most Nights. The Parks Are Expensive To Eat At Every Day. Overall This Is A Great Place To Stay. Would Like Stay There Again.

The house was everything that was advertised. It was close to everything (Disney, Sea World, etc.) Loved the fact that the master bedroom was at the opposite end of the house! Very private and quiet - great place to relax after hitting the parks all day.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. Our 5 children spent most of their time in the beautiful heated pool. It was close to everything we needed and very quiet. The minor issues with the house were quickly taken care of by the management. Nicely decorated and cared for. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the home. The house was basically as advertised. There was plenty of room and the house and pool were clean. One of the high ceiling lights burned out during our stay and a maintenance man was promptly sent to resolve the problem. There were a couple of things that could have been improved on: 1) The mattresses were bad in the "kids" rooms. We had a couple of adults staying in one of the "kids" room and the mattresses were not suitable for adults, but seemed ok for the kids 2) The yard was a bit of wreck and needed a good landscape cleaning. Our first day there the kids were running through the yard and ended up with dog poop on their shoes that had been hidden under all the leaves. Overall, we had a very good stay and would definitely stay at one of these vacation homes again.

We packed in a ton of parks and the location was great since it was so close to everything. We even went to the Atlantic and didn't have to drive but just over an hour. We loved the house and all it had to offer. It made our house so much more enjoyable and relaxing than if we would have had to stay in a hotel! - Can't wait to go again!!!

We are a family of 5 with 3 teenagers and enjoyed our stay at Summer Kissed Villa. It's far more better to stay in a home that feels like home and to travel to Disney Theme parks and Universal Orlando than to stay on a resort. We adored the experience though we didn't have time for the games in the family room. We highly recommend the home and the service we received from Marcy before we got there and during our stay. Our Tropical Oasis Home was absolutely amazing. The home was not only beautiful, but it was also very comfortable for myself and my family. It was nicely stocked so that all of our needs were met. We did have one concern with the pool alarm system, but it was an easy fix. Someone came out immediately to make the needed repair. Whenever we vacation, we will always use Vacation Home Rentals.

The rental home we stayed in was very nicely situated. It accomadated 9 of us plus a toddler without any problems. The only complaints we had were that the property is about 7-8 miles away from Disney, not the 4 miles advertised and the mattresses on the beds are in need of replacement and very uncomfortable to sleep on. Other than those 2 things, the stay was still a great one. We had all the comforts of home with the ease of being on our own time frame, no one knocking on the door to clean the room. Overall a nice experience.

The home is wonderfully appointed with all of the ammenities included. We especially liked the patio and pool area. The patio area was half covered which offered a wonderful afternoon shade. The kids loved the video game system that was included. I would truely recommend this property to anyone for a vacation. We were within minutes of Disney. We enjoyed every minute of our stay

This home is in a small neighborhood off the beaten path, though not too far from the tourist world of shops, restaurants and parks. It is fairly quiet and secluded. We enjoyed the pool area being private. The pool and home were clean, though the carpet and furniture were a bit tired! There are adequate sleeping spaces, but the living area is fairly small in size. The kitchen is spacious and has all the ameneties you would expect. The games in the garage provided some good entertainment. Overall we enjoyed this as an oasis to get away for the week.

This is a nice place to rent for a vacation. It truly made our vacation enjoyable. The house was so close to shopping stores and theme parks. I would definately rent again. We enjoyed everything about it and the fact that there were still activities to do a home. Thanks a lot for opening your home.

The vacation home was just what we thought it would be and more. The house was bright and cheery and very nicely decorated. The backyard and pool were awesome. With the exception of one day, we saw no one in the backyard the whole time we were there. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and quiet. The location of the house was great with respect to shopping malls and grocery stores (Walmart is a great place to buy groceries). We will definitely be back to visit again.

The home we stayed in was wonderful. It was close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood. It was relaxing after a day at the parks. The pool was very refreshing after a day of walking. It soothed the aching muscles. Wish we could have stayed longer. We would recommend this home to everyone. Thanks so much for allowing us to share your home for a week.

This place was great. It had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the pool. We hate going back to a hotel so this house made us more realaxed. I would rent this house again for sure.

We loved staying here! Plenty of room for our family of six. The kids loved the game room with junior sixed pool table, covered pool in back, game system in their room and nice sized flat screen that they hooked up their Xbox 360 to. My wife loved the kitchen and the very nice decor. It was close to everything, but slightly off the beaten path. The yard was beautiful. This home is a great way to take a vacation and I would love to come back.

We had a lovely time in Florida. We especially liked the home we rented. It rained every day, however, we didn't let that stop us. The home was nicely decorated, peaceful and quiet.

Despite having to brave through Fey for the 2nd half of our trip, we couldn't have had a better time. The house was absolutely beautiful!!!! It was more than perfect for our family, the kids just loved the pool and we (mom and dad) loved the screened in sitting area. The decorations throughout the home were fantastic and we found everything we could have possibly needed in the kitchen. We look forward to our next vacation and hope to stay here again. I would HIGHLY recommend both the house and the owners, they were an absolute delight to work with.

Off the beaten path

We really enjoyed our stay. The house has plenty of room and it sure beats staying in a hotel or resort. High speed internet service is apparently available but we didn't bring a laptop. No big deal, in fact, that's probably good since we would have been surfing the net instead of resting and relaxing. The grass needed cutting when we arrived and it didn't get done while we were there, a week later. Still, no problem. Planes fly overhead most of the day if you stay home. We did Universal one day and Typhoon Lagoon another day. The rest of the time was spent hanging out. My only suggestion would be to have the pool pump run longer and get the pool guy to check it a little more often. Although it could probably have been back flushed and filtered longer, it didn't keep us from enjoying it. The kids loved the pool table (so did Mom & Dad) and the boys brought their games to play on the GameCube. All in all, a great place to stay, and we're hoping we'll be able to book it again next summer
