my family and i recently stayed at the pirate retreat home,we found it breath taking home with every time we needed and more,this is our first time renting a home for a holiday,but wont be our last for sure,the home is central located to everything we when too and more..clean,relaxing,a cherry on top of our holiday after our long drive to kissimmee from ontario the home was a very refreshing place to hang our hat for two weeks..that was about the only draw back is its not closer ..but well worth the drive..thanks again marcy

My husband and I rented this beautiful home with a few friends and we absolutely loved it! From the moment that we walked in I felt relaxed and at home. It was clean and beautifully furnished. Our favorite part of the home was the pool/ patio area. I would recommend this lovely vacation home to anyone that is going to be visiting the Orlando/ Kissimmee area. I know that my husband and I, as well as the friends that we stayed there with will not forget this place and hope to be able to come back soon. I would like to say thank you to Marcey for helping me find and rent this villa, it really was way above and beyond my expectations!

Hello We went to an holiday in Orlando FL me ,my wife and 3 kids. We rented the villa for almost a week. The villa was a good idea , It was clean, the kitchen has all you need for stay. We used the washing machine and the dryer . The beds were good . We did not use the pool because we did not have time for it. It was a wonderful holiday and next time we plan to go to Orlando we will ask for the same villa . Thank you for all .

This was a great house that was close to Disney and shopping. The pool was quite private. It had lots of space and the layout was perfect with all rooms having adjoining bathrooms.

The house has a great floor plan, in a quiet neighborhood. Clean and cozy!! Lots for our 6 and 11 year old to do within the house let alone all the places to go once you leave the house. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this house to all!

This was the first time renting a vacation home so I was shot apprehensive. I was however plesently surprised. The home was great and in a good area close to Disney and all the action. The management company was very helpful and I Will only rent homes from now on.

Pros: The house is in a nice quiet area. There is plenty of room in the house and the rooms are nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable. Cons: The pool never did heat. The TV needs an upgrade (replace bulb light came on each time it was turned on and there were off color spots in the picture). The pool table is not really playable do to the size of the area in which it is located (not enough room for the cue sticks).

A lovely home. We enjoyed the warm pool, although it was not too large. We also liked the pond behind the house as it attracted several different wading birds and an alligator. The house was near restaurants and grocery stores. Our only concern was a few small ants that were present in the master bathroom and kitchen.

Nice Home in Decent community close to theme parks

This home was in a decent gated community, nicely decorated (updated & modern) the space was AWESOME for our family of 6 and 2 dogs. We stayed for 4 nights. The issues that we had were the game room had pool sticks and darts that were broken but once I put in a complaint the agent took care of it. The house had a "ghost" ant problem, which anyone who lives in Florida (we're from Cape Coral) knows that this isn't out of the ordinary and we can live with ants! I would definately get rid of the flower/artificial plant decorations near the pool, it's tacky and doesn't go with the rest of the house, this was brought to agents attention and hopefully will be gotten rid of. Overall this house was PERFECT, we were at the theme parks most of the time so we didn't use or need gameroom but loved the pool and the layout and the decor........highly recommend. Approx 15-20 min from Universal and 10-15 from Disney.......5 min from Old Town..a must stay!! Would stay again in a heartbeat

We really had a great time at this villa. It was close to everything we wanted to do. We were right at home. The pool was fantastic! We would like to do it again. The only negative was getting out at 10AM. We were really rushed to get 8 people packed and the laundry done but we would do it again in a heartbeat!! Thanks Marcy!!

My daughter and her family and my other daughter spent 11 days at this house. It was a great house for 8 people to stay in. Very open, great pool, lots of space. I provided my feedback to the realator already. A clean oven and clean broiler pan, and a safe and newer barbeque would have rated this a 5 star place to stay.

This house was very lovely but very secluded. Unfortunately there were no stores within immediate reach. The pool was very dirty and after two days my husband called to have it cleaned. It was not automatically cleaned the following week and so he had to call to have it again cleaned. Too many days when no one would go into the pool. Other than the pool and location the house was very comfortable. If I had to buy in Orlando/Kissimmee it would be great, but to rent a home for a couple of weeks would like to have had one closer to the attractions.

The review is not on this home - this home is in Kissimmee close to stores and only about 10 minutes from Disney - these guests must have stayed in a different rental

We have stayed in other home's before, they wasn't bad but it's good to fell at home when you are not in your home. I know you can understand what I mean. So as for us, we would recomend anyone and for sure our friends to rent one of these home's. I come to Orlando every year and I will from this year on rent a home at VACATION HOME RENTAL.

my entire family takes a vacation every year at christmas time and this yeat, we chose disney world. i booked the house with holiday pro and everything was so easy. on arrival to the house, it was beautiful, alot of room, enjoyment for the kids with the game room and the pool. only a 10 minute drive to disney. the overall experience was very pleasant. i highly recommend this house.

We enjoyed this home, it was a very nice home, well maintained, and clean upon arrival. We had six adults and two children and at times, 3 baths may have been more appropriate for us. The Air conditioner could have been cooler, we had a few hot nights and were given no access to control the AC so we had to leave all windows open to get air. The kitchen was a good size however for a large family who cooked most meals, the kitchen could have been stocked with more pots and pans. There were a few essentials that we ran out of including toilet paper and paper towels that we had to replenish for our 7 night, 6 day stay.

This property housed 9 of us for a week in March. The rental agent was prompt with every detail and the house had most conveniences you would need. The weather during our vacation was cool(below 20) for most of our stay and although the pool was heated, it was not as warm as others I have stayed in. This is the first time that we have encountered cool weather in March so maybe it wouldn't be like that another year.Overall, I would recommend this property and it's rental agency as everything else was impeccable.
